"We have stayed at Ruby’s main area motor lodge at least five times in the last six years, often renting 2 rooms at a time for friends/family, typically for 2 nights. This trip I decided to “upgrade” to their lodge accommodations, again renting 2 rooms for 4 adults for 2 nights. Knowing what I know now, I will never pay the premium prices for the lodge. Our room’s shower water pressure was non-existent making it impossible for me to wash my hair after a wonderful afternoon hiking Bryce Canyon’s trails in the NP…a true letdown after a great day. The breakfast at Ebenezer’s was fine, their staff was attentive, which was a bonus it was included. Otherwise, our stay was fine. Our friends were frustrated with the lumpy square pillows but learned to open the cases and “beat them into submission” the second night following our advice."
