It is always nice to know that you can cook there, in stead of driving down the mountain to go eat. We bought food ahead and had a great evening.

Ok hotel

Hotel has a nice view, but it needs to the upgraded. Rooms are old and unconftable. We staid in apartment with loft.A/C just in one bedroom so rest of the apartment was too warm. Pool and pool staff was very nice. If you stay at this hotel you need a car.

Fantastic grounds and swimming pool. Nice view over the southern part of the lake. Very quiet location, car recommended. Spacious accommodation but in need of a revamp. Kitchen had pans etc but no kettle or toaster and nothing to clean dishes with.

The views from this property are stunning. Grab a book, pull up on the porch and relax. It’s vacation time. The pool surpasses expectation. Finally air conditioning. I know it sounds not critical, but when that heat wave hits, and it will. You will thank me.

We didn't get any hot water from the shower for the 2 first days, receptionist told us to call the maintenance ourself but no one answered. When we finally got the water working, the day after there was no water at all in the morning. The fridge also did not work proberly and it froze all of the foods inside. Location good but the hotel itself needs some maintenance to be done. Wifi also did not work.

Lovely apartments but more communication needed.

Wonderful location, friendly staff and spacious apartments. Should make guests aware of lack of taxis in the area and maybe mention the bus stops, if you know your guests have not hired a car.

Not too bad, kitchen was basic. Oven and hob failed to work so the team quickly moved us to an available villa. Bit of a pain but these things happen sometimes. Staff were brilliant throughout.

My room was not available due to unforeseen circumstances. They called me, but did not try to message or email me. I did not recognize the number and was not about to incur an international tariff. I was told that they would compensate me via free lunch and free parking. I could never get parking because the lot was full and there was no gate preventing anyone from parking there and I was charged for the meals that were not that good and that I was told would be free. There was also no room cleanup during our stay.

Un lieu très joli et bien entretenu. Une chambre spacieuse et agréable même si quelques marques d'usures étaient perceptibles. Nous avons eu des voisins bruyants et non respectueux des espaces de vie (cigarette et alcool dans la piscine par exemple) et aucun membre du personnel n'a réagi car la piscine ne ferme pas et il n'y a donc pas de surveillance dans cet espace. Le personnel reste cependant très accueillant.

Feriestedet ligger lidt oppe i fjeldsiden med en fantastisk udsigt over Gardasøen. Udendørsområdet er lækkert med en fin pool og have med liggestole, som vi benyttede flittigt. Der er også en poolbar hvor man kan købe forfriskninger. Personalet er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. På den negative side er lejligheden, som er meget sparsomt udstyret. Der mangler f.eks. Opvaskemuligheder, elkedel, el-stik og knager. Information om basale ting s.s. hvor man kan smide affald mangler også. En opdatering af lejlighederne ville gøre underværker for stedet.

Fint boende med magisk utsikt.

Väldigt mysigt ställe, fina och stora rum med möjlighet till självhushåll. De ligger en bit upp från huvudgatan och det finns tyvärr dåligt med promenad alternativ ner och vi hade två mindre barn så vi fick ta bilen ner om vi skulle till affär eller restaurang. Men ett väldigt mysigt boende med magisk utsikt över Garda.

Il posto è incantevole con una vista sopraelevata del lago di Garda. Le stanze a mio parere sono datate, materassi, tv piccola e solo nel soggiorno, accesso in auto non semplicissimo con una curva particolarmente pericolosa e con strada molto stretta. Reception educata ed attenta. Colazione purtroppo basica anche se mi è stata offerta dalla gentilissima ragazza presente nella struttura. Vittoriale e Salò nelle vicinanze anche se bisogna andare in auto. Vista dalla piscina spettacolare (vista lago). A mio avviso se si migliorano colazione, tv, materassi, parcheggi ed accesso in auto si raggiungono i 10/10.

Toll wenn man es ruhig mag. Alles war super sauber was möglich war. Locker 5 Sterns wert wenn da nicht die furchtbar veraltete Einrichtung wäre. Auf der Terrasse oder Balkon wären auch liegen bzw. Bequemere Stühle wünschenswert.

Infraestructuras muy buenas, limpio, ordenado, acceso a parking, la piscina espectacular y las vistas. Caro el servicio de bar/restaurante de la piscina y única opción en el hotel. La cocina no dispone de microondas y el sistema de cocción es antiguo. Todo lo demás bien.
