"Checked in 2 hours early so I was charged the extra $40 - ok no problem. We get to our room and it was a mess. Maid service wasn’t done. Bed was messed up. Trash everywhere. Bathroom disgusting. Go back to the front desk to a rude associate telling me the fee couldn’t be returned because I was still early. But nothing for the inconvenience of a dirty room and having to go get a new room. Hotel elevator didn’t work properly. Had to use the UP button to go down. The table dealers were unfriendly and some had poor attitudes. One even screaming twice for a pit boss because another player hadn’t finished getting their gambling money out before sitting down. It was unnecessary. "

"Under construction mostly inside but was made accommodating too guest. Some incredible upgrades such as new poker room. Great rates. Friendly employees. Good eats."

"We usually stay at the timber Lodge, but it was fully booked so we found this place because it looked cute online. We ended up, loving it and will probably stay here instead of the timber Lodge when we come back. Added bonus is a lot cheaper."
