The surrounding nature is very beautiful, The room is old, and the cleaning is very bad. The outdoor area has a good environment, the swimming pool is nice, but you have to pay a price. Everything must be paid for with an assessment, such as children's water toys.

위치도 좋고 주변 환경도 좋지만 위생 상태가.. 그릇 상태가 깨끗하지 않고, 객실에서 다수 벌레 출현. 베개에 곰팡이 자국 충격. 켄싱턴 계열은 평창, 제주 서귀포, 하동까지 다 가봤는데 이 정도로 깨끗하지 않은 곳은 처음임. 그리고 1층 카페도 너무 더움. 주문도 누락하고.. 이번 가평점은 전체적으로 아쉽고, 재방문은 꺼려질 듯함.

좋은위치와경치, 맛있는식사,친절한직원.but 성수기이용은 글쎄요..^^

아이들 데리고 방학하자마자 다녀왔어요. 성수기라 평소보다 가격이 많이 비쌌지만 멀지않고 야외수영장도 있어 선택했구요. 체크인전에도 수영장은 숙박할인 적용받을 수 있어서 할인가로 이용했어요. 수영장은 놀기에 충분하고 좋았지만 탈의실은 최악이었어요. 제발 개선좀… 저녁 바베큐 이용했고 기대 크게안했는대 퀄리티 구성 양 모두다 너무 괜찮았어요. 아침조식도 가성비 너무 만족했어요. 직원들 다 친절하시고 여러가지로 경치도 좋고 괜찮운 리조트지만 엘리베이터 만원으로 여러번 패스해야했고 객실 청결은 좀 더 신경쓰셔야할것같아요.

이름은 켄싱턴이지만 노후된 모텔같아요...

생각보다 많이 노후되서 심각했어요. 창문이 안닫히는 방을 주고~ 싱크대쪽은 다 바스라지고~ 심지어 전등도 떨어지기직전의 불량에 냉장고도 작동안했어요. 벽지도 다 떨어져서 너덜너덜;;; 이름만 켄싱턴이지 모텔같은 느낌이었습니다. 가족끼리 단풍보려고 간건데 가격대에비해 질이 많이 떨어지더군요...산책로도 관리안해서 경악스러웠습니다.

건물 시설이 너무 오래되어서 덥고, 청결하지 않습니다. 에어컨은 넓이에 비해 작고, 실외기 소음이 너무 크게 방 안에서 들려 잠을 자기 어려웠습니다. 엘리베이터가 좁고, 더운데다가 개수가 적어서 오래걸립니다. 분리수거도 직접 해야하는게 불편합니다.

켄싱턴리조트 가평 이용후기

건물이 오래된걸 감안하고 시설 노후에 대해서는 별 할얘기는 없습니다.. 에슐리퀸즈에서 제공되는 조식도 나름 훌룡합니다. 수영장 운영도 괜찮았습니다.. 다만 지하주차장은 시설 개선이 시급해 보입니다. 또한 각방마다있는 스텐드형 에어컨 송풍구 내부가 먼지가 많이 쌓여있고 어떤건 곰팡이도 피여 있습니다. 잘보이지 않는곳인데 에어컨 청소도 시급히 이루어져야 할것같습니다..

시설은 노후화되어 있지만 이용함 불편없이 좋았습니다. 다만 바베큐존은 셀프고 너무더워서 불편했습니다. 대부분 시설이 유료고 현장결제 방식이라 불편했습니다.
