It was fine. Breakfast was good, room was quiet. No hand towels, no cups, small room, carry around a physical room key vs card access, many restaurants in the area no longer in business. Fine for a 1 night stay clean, quiet and comfortable.

Very clean, well presented room. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. The rooms are typical Ibis, small but good quality. Parking here is limited outside. We used the covered parking in the basement for an additional fee - it was tight to manoeuvre but otherwise fine.

Hôtel sympa, situé à proximité de la patinoire idéal pour les soirs de match, parking souterrain fermé très appréciable, mais le vrai plus c'est le personnel, Fabien est vraiment professionnel c'est exactement ce qu'on recherche. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Accueil très agréable, personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la réservation personnalisée de la place pour PMR (et les échanges de mails avec Axel qui ont précédé mon arrivée), la propreté de la chambre et de la sdb, la qualité et le confort de la literie ainsi que le calme (notre chambre ne donnait pas sur le boulevard). Par ailleurs, l'hôtel, tout proche LA patinoire mythique de ma jeunesse, et à deux pas du centre-ville accessible à pied, permet de par sa localisation, de s'évader facilement vers le Champsaur et le Valgaudemar en passant par Bayard, ou d'autre part vers Chorges et le lac de Serre-Ponçon, et au-delà... Seul petit bémol : j'ai été déçue par la qualité des produits servis au petit-déjeuner (brioche industrielle, lait UHT au lieu d'un bon lait frais de montagne, pas de fromage blanc de la laiterie de Bayard, etc.). Je m'attendais à des produits locaux fermiers dont regorge la région (compte tenu du coût de la collation). Mais l'impression d'ensemble reste très satisfaisante. Merci à tout le personnel pour son professionnalisme.

Prenotato e pagato con Hotels.com una tripla con colazione inclusa, tariffa non rimborsabile. All'arrivo mi dicono che c'è solo 1 colaz. pagata e che devo pagare le altre 2 extra. Faccio presente che la prentaz. pagata su Hotels.com comprendeva 3 colazioni. Ma niente da fare. Mi dicono che è un problema tra me e la piattaforma e che a loro risulta solo 1 colazione. Dopo una inutile discussione, pago le 2 colaz. extra. Ma mi chiedono di pagare con carta anche la stanza perchè, secondo loro, il pagamento fatto a Hotels.com era solo a garanzia. Faccio presente che non è così è che avevo già pagato la stanza.. ma niente... a loro non risulta. Dunque ho dovuto pagare una 2° volta la camera. STANZA? piccolissima. Avevo prenotato per 3: 1 letto doppio + 1 letto singolo, ma la stanza aveva 1 letto doppio e una poltroncina pieghevole da aprire a mo' di branda.. tra il letto e la finestra. Non era un letto, infatti era scomodissima. Bagno, pulizia generale, parcheggio, colazione: Tutto OK. Giorni dopo: mi sono trovato 2 addebiti sulla carta di cr. Ho contattato IBIS e mi hanno stornato il loro addebito, che non dovevano fare, ma mi hanno fatto pagare comunque le 2 colazioni. Così ho contattato hotels.com e mi hanno confermato che le colaz. erano già incluse e pagate e non dovevo pagarle una 2° volta. Come era chiaramente scritto nella conferma prenotaz. Ho scritto all'hotel. Mai ricevuto risposta. Aspetto ancora il rimborso delle 2 colaz. e le scuse. Una grande delusione.
