"Lovely property, friendly staff, great ocean views. Perfect for our stay"

"Perfect stay for family"

"Beautiful sandy beach next to the hotel and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Wonderful place, especially for a family!"

"We liked the ocean view and clean room and quiet area. The hotel also provides free different coffee choices in the lobby area. The room was modern and spacious enough. Right on the beach so the waves breaking were interesting to hear. The modern blue doors and the access to restaurants and stores were also great."

"Bear architecture Super friendly staff Clean and nice love will come back soon"

"not bad"

"Good location, parking"

"Convenient location. Even near bus line."

"Very close to the beach and great facility for a weekend trip"

"Stayed one night in October of 2026. My room was tiny but clean. The property appears to have been recently renovated. We enjoyed tiger theme! Kiosk check in had trouble reading my California DL and US passport but the lady behind the call button solved the issue right away. On site parking can be an issue as they only have four spots including one dedicated to electric. It was a comfortable stay and I would come back."

"Simple check in and check out. Easy walking to all attractions. "

"Comfy and clean room. I will revisit this hotel if I come here again."

"Rooms are clean and nice. Had a great ocean view. The best hotel so far during this family vacation."

"It was VERY clean, and all the staff were professional. Would like to stay there again."

"Very good location and excellent service!!"

"It’s a super nice."

"Excellent"

"This was a great hotel option for us. The location was central between the cafe street in one direction and well-known local restaurants in the other direction. Absolute sea views from our room and a beautiful breeze from the lovely balcony. The room was clean and practical, with an enormous (maybe even too big) TV. The lobby was welcoming and the staff were friendly. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet but the price seemed very reasonable. Would stay here again if in Gangneung."

"Even better than it looks in the photos, a really nice weekend. "

"Our stay at SS Pension was perfect! The room was incredibly clean and the view was breathtaking! The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable!! We will 100% be coming back again :)"
