"Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft gewesen. Man hat sich sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Essen war super obwohl meine Tochter eigentlich eine wirklich schlechte Esserin ist hat sie das sehr gut und für ihre Verhältnisse viel gegessen und das spricht schon für sich Vielen dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt "

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND NAZAKI RESIDENCE. LOTS OF TERRIBLE THINGS THAT WILL RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY. It is NOT a HOTEL, but owners own residence with only 12 rooms! poorly equipped with no toilet rolls or any toileteries. You have to get your own! It is misrepresented - it is NOT 4 STARS PROPERTY BUT ONLY 3 STARS! Misleading- NO SPA FACILITIES. Photo show spa but on arrival no spa facilities. I went there specifically for spa treatment due to health issues. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SADENED AFTER GOING THERE FOR TREATMENT. Breakfast and dinner very poor and limited. I was told Beef on the menu cant be served as its too expensive. Most of the food is always run out! Fruit stated on the breakfast is never served as its too expensive to serve and always run out. Fruits were meant to be part of continental breakfast inc. No wifi in the rooms, but website states wifi included. Cracks on the bedroom floors causing serious injuries and never repaired. The place is full of mosquitoes EVERYWHERE! NO PEACE. FULL OF PLASTICS EVERYWHERE ON THE BEACH! There are no shops nearby to buy anything! The island is very remote and very little activities. They offered some excursions but at EXTORTIONATE prices adding on top 10% service charge and 12% tax. They falsified that to say 17% tax now but no evidence of government tax. On checkout charged me 4% cc charge which they never communicated to me in the first place.No other hotels charge cc. Some friendly staff.But owner incredibly rude and unprofessional!"
