The staff were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived they couldn’t do enough for us and were very helpful recommending restaurants close by for our first night that would be suitable to take a baby without being typical family chains. "Absolutely stunning place. Really enjoyed it here. Breakfast was amazing. Had an evening meal in the restaurant too which was so good. Location is really good. My slight fault is the bar situation. One time at the pool me and another guest was ignored by a member of staff when wanting a drink. And the cocktail bar, staff member saw us go down dressed up but didn’t come or let someone else know we was there. Apart from that it was absolutely perfect and as stunning as you’d expect if seen videos....

"Great walkable location with excellent, friendly multilingual customer service staff (Danish & English). The facilities were going through renovations but it was still all usable and will be beautiful when it’s finished. Warning - Copenhagen is not a cheap city for accommodation. "Loved having an apartment type experience, with access to a local gym. Close by to everything! "

"We chose this apartment for its location to the main pedestrian areas for shopping and dinning as well as transportation options as we had lots of visits to family outside of Copenhagen. The only challenge with this apartment was the lack of elevators for us for luggage and elderly visitors. There is a Netto (grocery) open til 10pm and lots of cafes for dinning. Only 1 night/morning with lots of noise from those passer-by visiting disco techs. I would definitely stay here again."
