"Last minute stay due to emergency work on my house. Got a great deal via a third-party site. Room was spacious, AC great and bed comfy. TV didn’t work— kept giving message of “poor connection”. The TV in my friend’s room worked fine. The lock on my door didn’t work, and hot water took a long time to heat up. Phone was very difficult to use and didn’t work very well. My friend’s original room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. They switched her rooms, but I can’t believe how bad her room...

"This was an overnight stay for a family memorial service. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection and the buffet was clean and restocked continuously. Our room was clean. My only complaint is that the heat/air unit in the room was filthy which was concerning in regards to air quality. Bringing my air purifier would have remedied this. I would stay again."

We loved the little extras like the coffee station and cookies at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and well-maintained. "This property is dated. They claimed our initial room was renovated but the toilet would not flush properly, and we had to change rooms. We brought food in and asked for spoons and forks, they only had spoons… I wanted to do some laundry, they had no detergent… Manager was uncaring when we were checking out. So glad I know I’ll never stay at this dump again. Two stars only because bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent."
