"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking.
We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

"We were very upset with our room from the start. The picture of our room was nothing like the room online. "Spacious and clean room, we had booked the one bedroom with kitchenette, which did come in handy to make a quick breakfast before heading out. There was a bit of a musty smell upon arrival but not a deal breaker, and was gone after we got settled in and let some air through the room. Bed was very comfortable, good shower pressure (water has a bit of a sulphur smell- normal for Bahamas), & AC worked perfectly!
