O hotel está bem localizado, atendimento excelente, porém o quarto de solteiro com duas camas, sem porta no banheiro, vaso sanitário solto, toalhas velhas e encardidas, não tem serviço de quarto. Café da manhã precario.

Diz que é hotel, mas é motel também, muito mofo no quarto, cama pequena e sem conforto, limpeza razoável, não é das melhores, não tem uma boa estrutura, o anunciado na internet engana bem, com certeza não voltaria.

Metade do lugar é hotel e a outra é motel, muito bagunçado e não tem garagem, pessoas bebendo na recepção, o lugar é bem perigoso.

Foi muito ruim ao chegar informaram que não tinha quartos pois não tinha reserva mesmo estando com a reserva impressa e contatos feito pelo ZAP confirmando a mesma. O local na verdade é um motel, no site informa do café da manhã péssimo...em resumo cuscuz amarelo com salsicha. Wi-fi sem estabilidade. Chuveiro queimando, ficamos 1 dia com um andar sem água tive que esperar os outros hóspedes tomarem banho no único quarto que estava disponível com água para depois eles me liberarem o quarto...foi caótico não indico ninguém o que está nos anúncios da internet não corresponde com a realidade!

Abaixo do prometido

Experiência foi ruim: 1. Quarto com mofo e infiltração no teto, 2. TV sem controle remoto e com conexão smart sempre oscilando; 3. ar condicionado em péssimas condições, sem resfriar e controle com pilhas vencidas; 4. Sem serviço de limpeza e troca de toalhas de banho e roupa de cama (fiquei 07 dias no hotel); 5. Café da manhã de qualidade ruim e sempre em quantidade à demanda de hóspedes (quem acordava após as 07h ficava sem café); 6. Dúvidas da administração do hotel sobre a hospedagem (pareceram não saber que iríamos chegar, tive que mostrar meu próprio celular para provar e sempre me perguntavam quanto paguei pela hospedagem); 7. Por fim e o pior de tudo, falta de organização do hotel, permitindo péssimo comportamento de alguns hóspedes que faziam baderna nas dependências, gritando e batendo portas pela madrugada, não conseguiram sequer coibir o uso de cigarro nas instalações (cheiro insuportável de fumaça de cigarro durante todo o dia). Mesmo após reclamações, nada foi realmente feito. E os problemas persistiram até o final da hospedagem.

se hizo el pago y la propiedad dice no haberlo recibido. Conclusion: se pagó, no se uso y ni el hotel ni EXPEDIA dice quien tiene el dinero y realicen la devolucion. El personal del hotel cero español ademas de muy despotas.
