"Hotel is at the end of a one way street just off the main square. Parking is an issue as one has to park down the road in Q-Parking lot and then take parking lot ticket with a hotel issued paid ticket to use at the pay machine in the car park to exit. Room on 1st floor faces a wall and it lacks pictures and is very dull. Room needs one more piece of furniture to fill void. On the other hand the lobby and restaurant on the ground floor are the main features."

"Set right on the bay and not far from all the action on Quay st- this hotel is just marvelous. The location is awesome, staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again for sure. "

"Our stay was absolutely excellent. The customer service really went above and beyond. Upon check in the front desk employee provided amazing options for dinner, entertainment, and sight seeing. They even assisted with making dinner reservations and confirmed with us over the phone once everything was set. Truly a wonderful experience and I hope to return soon. "

"Very nice location. Bus stop basically on property and promenade was right across the street. Easy walk to pubs and casino but bus was nice to get to the main part of town. Good bar food and nice to have drinks available on property. Used the pool area which was nice. "

"Great location. Public transportation is right across the street. Easy minute walk to all the action, shops and bars/restaurants. Room was nice though a little outdated, hotel is going through renovations. I would stay again. "
