"Room service needs to clean rooms a bit more often but otherwise great service "

"Property is going through renovations and completely torn apart. I was in a remodeled room and the air conditioning didn’t work. Shower was not completed, and the fan made weird noises. The staff was good and the food was good. Hopefully once it’s completed it will be better."

"Rooms were not vacuumed, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom, (not just a stran either) and the "breakfast area" was not clean. The coffee creamer stuck to the counters like they hadn't been wiped down in weeks, same with the sink next to the coffee. The staff was fine. I travel often and the price was a little high for the area and what you "got" but no big deal, I just expected it to be clean."

"The toilet was just used with remains left in it as well as a dirty towel on the bathroom counter. The bed comforter was covered in stains as well. I was also double charged for my room without given any information from the front desk employee who did not understand English well. "

"The room was gorgeous and set up for everything I needed after long days at conferences. The staff was very inviting and helpful."

"Several stays at this property and never disappointed. Always get a king room, clean and all the needed necessities. Owners very friendly. Will stay again. My one suggestion would be upgrade the pillows and put 4 on the bed :)"
