"The Moose is homely and clean. Walking distance to sun studios, ALDI supermarket and some good food places. I recommend the Guac for Mexican. Great service there. The only negative about the Moose was the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool but thankfully there was an additional fan. If you are relying on the trolleys to get around, they are not running (not since August 2024) so ignore that info they provide."

"Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!"

"We recently stayed at the Vitality Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee, and had an overall fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We really enjoyed all the amenities the hotel had to offer — the pool, hot tub, and gym were all in great condition. "Overall it was a very nice stay. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. We had a problem with our room keys and had to return to the front desk 2 times before we could get in the room. When we arrived at the hotel it was 3:00 which is check in time. Our room wasn’t ready. We were told 15 min. 15 turned into 45 before they offered us an upgraded room. Then we had the room key problem. I was so tired and needed a nap which at the time we fi ally got into the room it was too late....

"We loved the property and amenities offered only thing I would recommend is keeping the rooms that offer pets separate from the no pets. I have allergies and the sofa couch in our room had a lot of dog/cat hair shedding on it. Over all we enjoyed the trip will consider booking again. Virtual staff was nice. The area was a vibe people were nice."
