"Smoking room booked, room in horrible condition. From deep Holes in the walls, to bed, bathtub and carpets covered in burn holes. Windows not functioning. Breakfast a joke. Public Ice machine empty. Right next to noisy highway. "

"This is our new go-to anytime we are staying or travelling through Springfield. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Easy to find with ample parking. Great breakfast before heading out on a long drive."

"This property was filthy. The room smelled, the bathroom was nasty, the floor was sticky in places and dirt pushed up in corners. Apparently they have a bug problem since we were asked to move out early so they could spray. At night we could hear mice scratching in the wall. The sheets were paper thin as were the towels. Breakfast was microwaved crap. The front desk was no help and blew off any complaints.DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! "

"My husband and I love staying here when we drive down to Springfield. Staff has always been courteous and helpful. Our rooms are always very clean. "

"Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell "

"Plenty of parking , great room. One negative- needs better lighting, especially around the coffee bar. And mirror in the bedroom. Unable to make coffee without using the flashlight on my phone. "

"Construction next door. Renovations in Candlewood. Extended our stay with add’l day. Computer cancelled our keys early. ALL computer requests for ck in/ck out were listed incorrectly—-there is no fifth floor."

"Came in rushed through Check in. Nothing explained. Bar was supposed to be open by sign. Sat down there for several hours no one came and asked if we wanted a drink. The restaurant is pizza we did not want that. Breakfast was nothing special. "

"Nice place to stay whole getting daughter enrolled in college! Plenty of parking, friendly staff, good kickback and breakfast! It does have a pool and hot tub which is always a plus after traveling all day! "
