2 night stay.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. To be fair I have trouble sleeping when away so the low score is also my issue with sleeping. The queensize bed were two single beds put togheter. The gym was amazing and the restaurant/breakfast area nice. Nice big TV I brought an HDMI to be able to stream.

Acceptable but uninspiring

Acceptable. However, the room was unimpressive. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows was bad. The hotels promises many different amenities, yet most of them inaccessible and with limited opening hours. Be aware of this! The breakfast was acceptable but uninspiring and is served in a huge conference room.

Huoneen ilmanottoventtiilit yltäpäältä pölynpeitossa, sekä WC katto paneileissa selkeää home haituvaa havaittavissa. Muutenkin huoneen varustelu taso sekä yleinen olemus oli heikko eikä vastannut premium luokan hinta sekä hotelli standardeja. Huoneessa oleva safety boxi ei myöskään toiminut, eikä sängyn vierellä sijaitseviin pistorasioihin tullut virtaa. Näin ollen yöpöydän valo ei myöskään toiminut ja huone oli muutenkin pimeä. Hotelli henkilökunnan palvelu oli osittain töykeää ja epäammattimaista, henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt vierait ja esimerksi pöytiin ohjailu ravintolassa ei toiminut mitenkään, kävimme istumaan pöytiin kun ei muuta ohjeistettu jonka jälkeen meidät häädettiin takaisin odottamaan pöytiin ohjausta saman virkailian toimiesta joka sitten kuitenkin ohjasi meidät pöytiin. Mitään ohjeita ei missään näkynyt. Ruoka oli tosin hyvää mutta taas kerran palvelu ala arvoista. Tilasin 100 euron pihvin jonka jouduin ruokailun jälkeen käydä maksamassa baari tiskillä. Olisin mieluusti jättänyt myös tippiä tarjoilevalle nuorella naiselle, sillä hän todella yritti ja oli muutenkin mukavan avulias mutta se ei missään kohtaa ollut mahdollista koska pyytäessäni laskua minut ohjattiin itse meneemään tiskille maksamaan ruokani kuin jossain hampurilaisravintolassa. Hotelli oli muuten todella hieno ja paljon erinlaista tekemistä oli saatavilla. Sauna ostasto hieno ja avara sekä poikkeuksellisen hyvä kuntosali. Paljon pontenttiaalia huokuva paikka mutta huonosti toteutettu konsepti.

Hotellet er på vei ned.

Det er 4 gang vi har ovenattet her. Det blir dårligere for hvert år. Rommer var litt slitt og sengene var som hengekøye. Dekket som var rund sengen og under overmadrassen var full av flekker og var uappetittelig. Dusjen var vankelig å få varmt vann og vasken var nesten tett. Frokosten og de ansatte var bra, men for få i innsjekkingen. Ikke verd prisen.

Bubbelpoolen var ur funktion och restaurang var stängd :( och hela hotellet skulle behöva lite kärlek för att komma in i nutiden kändes som ett kliv in i 90 talet.

Ett storslagen namn på ett mediokert hotell

Grand Hotel är ett storslaget namn för ett medelmåttigt hotell. Rummet hade ett litet kylskåp som inte fungerade och som man inte ville eller kunde gör något åt. Badrummet var slitet med plastmattor etc. Överhuvudtaget är rummen störda av trafik och tåg. Golven mycket slitna och ett av våra rum saknade hårtork. Den till hotellet hörande restaurangen serverade god mat men saknade enligt uppgift personal varför väntetiderna blev onödigt långa. Hovmästarinnan hade ett styvt jobb med att klara det hela men var mycket skicklig och trevlig. För det priset vi betalade hade vi förväntat oss mer, andra hotell vi besökt på denna resa med lägre pris var överlag mycket bättre.

Fin takterass med pool och bar. Jacuzzin var avstängd, vilket drog ner betyget lite. En av hotellets hissar var också ur funktion, vilket ledde till att vi fick ta en lite ovanligt lång väg från den fungerande hissen till vårt rum. Väldigt varmt på rummet under natten.

Ett slitet hotellrum på nedre botten med utsikt mot en parkering för 2400 kronor!!!. Har förstått att det finns bättre rum och tycker att de borde ha differentierade priser för rum i olika standardklasser. Väldigt medelmåttig frukost och ingen städning av rummet. Plus för bra gym dock

Vi bodde tre nätter och allt var till belåtenhet! Servicen,Sängarna, frukosten och tillgängligheten till bastu och poolen på taket ! Om vi skulle anmärka på något så var det dörren till toaletten!! SÅ opraktisk.!!
