"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay...

"When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. "The first room we were assigned still had their trash and belongings and was obviously not cleaned (their bags were still in the room, the bed was used/linens everywhere) The second and last room they had that we were assigned had a door that did not lock. This meant we had to pack all of our belongings into the car every time we left the room and crossed our fingers that we wouldn’t find strangers in our bed upon our return. Very very dirty. "First room we entered smelled like sewer. Staff got us moved right away and went to look at issue. Second room was okay aside from only 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a 4 person room."

"On a 10 day road trip and 10 different hotels, this was the best (most were all different branded hotels but similar rates). Super clean, great staff. Only gripe would be the breakfast; the eggs and sausage were the worst we had of our trip. Probably the cheapest powdered eggs and sausage available. I made a bagel sandwich to try to cover the taste, as i didn't want to pay for a breakfast elsewhere."

"We were confused and when we booked online and called everything was going to the radisson, we did not know we had reservations at the derby hotel (big difference) although it’s under change and a bit confusing it was overall a good stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool! "
