"Check is at 3pm, my room/suite was not ready till 7pm. In addition, when I arrived to the suite for 5 people, the AC was not working, they sent a maintenance person who said it could not be fixed for another 2 days, they only provided us with one portable fan for that night- one fan for 5 people ..."
