The staff goes out of their way to see if there is anything you need help with. Room was very nice. They are the first chain we have stayed at recently that offers an evening snack as well as the normal breakfest.

The shower was HOT. That is the positive. Bathroom could have been much cleaner. One of the beds was broken. Shower pressure was weak. All in all it was ok. But too expensive

Room exceeded expectations and came with a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows with Lakefront view of Lake Michigan and a great view to the north of the city. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay there again when in Chicago!
