"Wonderful wilderness adventure. I’m a single female who traveled solo. Felt completely safe. 1.25 mile easy hiking trail to an amazing lake. Spotted a bald eagle’s net and was able to watch the eaglets get fed. I loved the cozy cabin with a snuggly soft bed. I would definitely recommend. "

"This place was very cozy. The owner Luann was very knowledgeable about the area. We wanted something not quite in the middle of everything and this was perfect. Explored Wrangell StElias NP quite a bit which was spectacular! Although this is no longer a B&B we knew that when we booked. There were other options in the area still open for the season such as Nummys in Copper Center, which was amazingly good!!!!"

"This place was very cozy. The owner Luann was very knowledgeable about the area. We wanted something not quite in the middle of everything and this was perfect. Explored Wrangell StElias NP quite a bit which was spectacular! Although this is no longer a B&B we knew that when we booked. "This a historic Roadhouse, reminiscent of my grandparents farmhouse. The new owners are bringing back the charm and history. Beautifully set on the river. Next door is their own bar and restaurant. Met some fabulous vacationers and swapped stories. "
