Very well maintained hotel. The location is wonderful. We came for a soccer tournament and we were just few minutes away from the fields. Not too bad from any airport in the area.

I always like staying here. It’s in a good location & near food. Free parking. Nice staff, rooms are fine. BUT one thing- their famous cookie was cold & stale! The front desk guy made a big show of using the hot tongs to pull from the drawer, Bizarre because it was not hot. Please guys I love the cookies, please fix this situation! Ps I know a guy who only stays at Dbl Trees because of that, funny but true.

The room and the hotel are not in good shape. The toilet didn't flush, the elevator was not working, the curtains were old and ripped, stains in the carpet, tv had a scratch, etc. Hotel staff were very friendly but the hotel needs maintenance and repairs urgently.

The hotel was very well kept, quiet and clean. Great location close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. The staff was super helpful, especially the young gentlemen who helped us with check-in. The whole experience was very good.

My room seemed fairly updated which was great. The only minor suggestions is that my room (805) needs a maintenance guy to properly hang the pull bar in tub and bathroom side mirror. Also, with the coffee station, there should be stirrers to mix the sugars and cream together. I did notice some minor staining on towels but nothing crazy. My room felt comfortable and spacious and the warm cookies were delicious!
