Kid Friendly Hotels in Gaiole in Chianti

"Very unfriendly staff. The restroom shower flooded and the only think they offered was towels. Never did they resolved the problem. Very expensive hotel to have a flooded restroom. Very disappointed. "

"Overall good , one runner in the gym was not working out of two so I couldn’t work out with my wife , breakfast lack of variety , not enough vegetables , good service , water was not going down in toilet, we asked to fix it but only in evening fixed it , room was good overall "

"This property was so far away from everything. Luckily, it was right next to the bus stop. It didn’t seem like the nicest area. When we arrived the room was set to 30° and were told the air conditioning is not yet turned on for the season so we switched rooms. We were not informed the pool is only open in the summer and the kids were looking forward to the pool so that was a let down. (It was 23° and we had walked 10 miles that day so it would have been a nice way to end the day!) Flooring was also peeling up in the room. "
