"We arrived at the property without much trouble. There is very limited free on-street parking. There is a paid public lot nearby that we parked in. When we entered, there were no open windows or ventilation and the air was very musty and dank with heavy scent of old cigarettes. This house is definitely only for smokers, with a pronounced smell of old smoke. The downstairs was also very very dusty. Lighting is very limited throughout the apartment and very limited outlets.
