Jugurtha palace is a majestic hotel placed in a center of its garden on the edge of Gafsa city. Even though the structure it is not comparable as a peer with European one , it surely stands above the average Tunisian ones. The restaurant service, although buffet type is various, among the best for touristic hotels, and with good alcoholic selection. The room is vast, lavish with well functioning bathroom. However there were some items such as sockets, lamps and curtains broken to be fixed.

Struttura con potenziale molto alto ma attualmente lasciata a se stessa. Spazi esterni e camere in stato di abbandono, piscina vuota. In questo stato andrebbe tenuta chiusa e totalmente ristrutturata, invece è ancora in attività. Attualmente da evitare.

Decadenza ma decenza

Un 5* tunisino: poca manutenzione e lusso apparente. Nonostante tutto andava bene ma non equivaleva ad un 5* europeo. Probabilmente la camera era unita ad altra a cui hanno tolto il letto: di fatto la matrimoniale aveva due bagni e per fortuna perché nel primo non funzionava nella vasca/ doccia il selettore di rubinetto o doccia perciò non si poteva avere acqua dalla doccia... Letto comodo e camera ampia. All suggestiva e lussureggiante ma buia.parcheggio interno alla struttura.

État général plus que décevant et suspect

J’ai pu bénéficier d’une suite double : 2 chambres 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes. La raison ? L’une des douches ne fonctionnait pas, le second toilette avait la porte coincée, les fenêtres donnant sur le balcon ne fermaient pas. Le lit était épuisé. Ne parlons pas du frigo avec des aliments en décomposition, la tv qui ne fonctionnait pas et des verres encore remplis sur la table basse de la chambre.

La struttura è molto bella e sicuramente in passato è stato un grande hotel. Ora tutto è in decadenza, senza manutenzione e mal tenuto, la camera enorme, sfarzosa ma nulla funziona e la pulizia lascia a desiderare. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso però, vista anche la zona, ci si può accontentare!

Hôtel qui a du être magnifique à un moment mais actuellement il semble peu entretenu. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans la baignoire et signalé qu'il manquait un lot de serviette j'ai du renouveler ma demande et enlever moi même les cheveux. Quand au personnel il est gentil mais manque sûrement de professionnalisme. Pour le réveillon du 31 nous étions 5 tables, et ils sont arrivés à nous oublier .

Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Frühstück und Abendessen reichhaltig und gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zum Geburtstag des Mitreisenden gab es sogar eine Überraschungstorte auf das Zimmer, top!
