Good, but not what it could be.

I have now stayed at the hotel 3 times and it seems to have lost its shine a little. 1 of the bars / food outlets that was formally in the building now seems to be closed and the breakfast is lacking for Western style food. It is however extremely clean and tidy with a beautiful pool and gym and rooms are well appointed, it just seems to lack any soul, perhaps being a little too clinical.

変圧器を依頼したが最終日まで持ってこなかった。 グラス洗い忘れ、マドラー交換し忘れ。 周辺施設日本人向けの店はなし。 ホテルの日本料理店の味はためられるレベルではない。

Everything about this hotel is great. We didnt have all the time we wanted to check all it had to offer but still great stay.

Always delivee

Howard Johnsen Fuzhou River Front its always deliver, stay here many times. Not to expensive, good food, good fitness room, a nice park right outside the hotel with some playground for children and some coffeshops and resturante.

idéal pour la détente

bon service personnel sympathique mais le personnel de base ne parle pas anglais juste les managers Loin du centre ville et de l'aéroport le taxi revient cher et peu de taxis acceptent de vous mener à l'hotel car ils reviennent à vide ..La magnifique piscine vous tend les bras mais attention aux règles chinoises,il faut s'inscrire et mettre le bonnet de bains pour se baigner sinon dans l'ensemble les services de l'hotel ne sont pas très chers pour un 4,5 étoiles

Bra Hotel, men vanskelig å komme seg til shopping, restaurant og annet. hotellet har en dyr taxi, men det vanskelige er å komme seg tilbake til hotellet. Taxi vil ikke kjøre så langt utenfor sentrum.

申し分がない素敵なホテルです！ ホテル内には日本食「神田川」・中華（結構、評判が良い店みたい）・洋食風なレストランがあり地元の方にはパーティや飲食が人気なのか夜には車や人も多く利用していました 朝食付きだったので軽食を想像してたらバフェスタイルで洋食（数種類のパン・シリアル・ヨーグルト・フルーツ・生野菜など）～中華（麺・粥・点心・炒め物など）すごい種類！満足！！ プールも綺麗です夜も入れます。 部屋に寄って異なるかもしれませんが、室内には小型冷蔵庫や標準なアメニティ完備。枕は３種類ほどあり自分で調節が可能。布団は薄手の羽毛。空調はデジタルで設定温と体感温で設定。テラス側の窓は開けられない。シーツを交換して欲しい時はサイドテーブルのカードを布団に置くと交換してくれます。常に部屋は綺麗に掃除してくれます。 繁華街ではないので流れのタクシーは少なく、朝のフライトだったのでホテルで福州空港まで前日にタクシー予約したらホテルの車で送迎（当たり前ですが通常タクシーより高め）でも仕方ありません飛行機に乗遅れたら大変。 でもあと数年するとホテル周辺はお店や住居者が増えガラッと変わりそうな開発地区だと思います。

Comfortable place, If you visit Fuzhou city in China,you better take Howard Johnson hotel is so nice and comfortable bed. You can relax and enjoy your holiday there. I spent my four days in that hotel. If you wish to visit downtown you can take bus ,coz bust station is near hotel and easy to go around. It so fun to take bus. Also staff are so corporative and kindly treated me. There some staff can speak English. When i want to take bus for my first time. They send me up to station bus by walking is near .I will be back again to Fuzhou as hotel is clean and nice. 快適な場所です。もし福州市に泊まるならおすすめです。特にベット寝心地は最高 休暇でリラックスしたり、繁華街には近くのバス停からバスを使えば楽しく向かえました ホテルのスタッフも親切で相談すれば親身になって応じてくれました【英語O日本語X】

What they dont tell you....

is that there is NOTHING around this hotel. It's situated in the Ma-Wei neighborhood and cabs won't even take you their without additional fare because they know there will not be a return fare for them. If you want to leave the HoJo, it's another joke. Since there are no taxis, you must take their "hotel car" which is just code for jacked up prices. I do quite a bit of business travel in China, and the partner company that opened this HoJo is ridiculous. They have a policy where one room can have only two bottles of free water, any additional waters then are charged. If you want to sit in the bar area to work and take advantage of the wi-fi in the lobby, you'll get charged. It's essentially an extortion scheme under the guise of a 5-Star property. The hotel is nice though, the pool is very impressive, but it does not make up for the nickel and dime they try to dig out of you at every turn. I don't mind paying for things that I request at a 5 star, that's a given, but here it seems as though the most basic creature comforts have a price on them. I'd highly recommend the Westin 5 mins down the street. It's connected to a GIANT Wanda plaza with lots of shopping and food. All you're going to get at the HOJO is wannabe international cuisine and a serious tab upon checkout. This place tries way too hard but comes up significantly short.
