"The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. "Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby and wonderful staff. Located close to Shinagawa Station, but am uphill walk to the property."

"Great location as it’s only a few mins walk from Shinagawa station. There is a 7-eleven in the building too and on site bowling and darts. For the price we paid I would’ve expected sleepwear, but it’s understandable as they host so many people. Expect the hotel to be busy with lots of people. Rooms and washrooms are big which is nice to have. The Main Tower rooms look older though. Overall, great location and very convenient."
