"Outstanding stay! The hotel was in an excellent location and offered exceptional service from start to finish. The property was beautifully landscaped with several varieties of cherry blossom trees, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The blossoms were especially stunning when illuminated at night, while the grounds felt peaceful and serene during the day. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest train station, making it easy and convenient to explore the area. Breakfast was available on-site for an additional fee and featured excellent food quality with a great selection of fresh options. The combination of beautiful surroundings, attentive staff, and delicious dining made for a memorable experience. Highly recommended."

"Amazing stay. Check-In was very fast. Warm inviting lobby as always. Staff at front desk very welcoming and warm as well. Restaurants in hotel and some in close proximity.... short walk to train station. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of options, no complaints…. Wonderful service as always. Gym facilities and equipment are enough to get by over your stay. Room is clean and well maintained. Lots of space for storage. Mini fridge, Hot water kettle in room and microwave next to vending machine in case you need. Fluffy towels and available body-wash, conditioner and shampoo are very good. Over an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you"

"Property was great , however we had to pay for the indoor pool access , some around 12 years boy pooped in the pool right next to our daughter swimming , we had to leave . It was disgusting . It would be also helpful if any receptionist or concierge stuff would speak English somewhat , it was very hard to communicate with them . And Breakfast and Dinner buffets were very expensive"
