"One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. "It's run by a crook He's not below scamming clients. I made the reservation in the morning, when I arrived in the afternoon, it showed that it was for the following month. Had to book somewhere else. The next day I tried to cancel the reservation, 24 hours after the booking, 30 days prior to the reservation. He wouldn't let me, as It was policy. He took 4 days of rent from me, just because he could. Expedia let him do it. I talked to Expedia, and they said I was right, it shouldn't be, didn't...

"Personal amable y preocupado. El refugio familiar esta en un lugar hermoso. Vista maravillosa a la desembocadura del lago. El depto es comodo y limpio. No obstante, le hace falta mantencion. Litera se cayo sobre uno de los niños. Las ventanas abrian con dificultad. Desgaste general. La cocina le falta equipamiento ( hervidor, microondas). Le faltan servicios, al menos desayuno y bar."
