"The room was clean and well remodeled. The hotel is a short walk from where we were dropped off by the bus but a much longer way to where we have to catch the bus down to the train station. The staff was able to book us a nice day Etna trip which includes transportation, a short trekking to Mt. Sartorius, a small volcano, and a wonderful lunch and wine tasting at Gambino. Well worth it. One cons: it is very expensive here in Taormina even by US CA standard, and the service people are not very friendly"

"We received a warm, friendly greeting and were offered a welcome glass of Prosecco in the bar / restaurant area with great views of Mount Etna. We had a lovely room which was clean, comfortable and roomy. Great breakfast with a wide choice of foods including fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, cereals and pastries. Fabulous views of beautiful Taormina. The swimming pool was lovely, a great place to chill and overlook the great view. Shuttle service to and from the main town area a great and very welcome service."
