The halls and common areas had no air. But the worst was the bathroom was DIRTY. Hair on everything. I dropped a bottle of shampoo under the bathroom vanity. Went to retrieve it. Under there had NEVER been cleaned! Ties nails, hair balls. Yuck! The bottle of shampoo said under there.

The heat didn’t work in my room and I had driven all day and was too tired to come Back down to move. When I checked out and told them, they said “oh yeah there are several Units that need to be replaced” WHY on earth was I put in that room then? Feel like I deserve some money back for freezing all night!

It was all right for a night stay in the room. The refrigerator froze my water. The curtains were torn. The bathroom dryer hairdryer wasn’t hooked up to the wall first time ever ever. Had a pay 100 bucks for you. Utensils. on my credit card

property is a good $60 ! night place. place is run down, dated, bathtub handle fell off, toilet would not flush , and finally the ac unit gave up the ghost. would recommend staying further out at a named hotel.

Look like some construction was going on.but was very nice stay nice breakfast, nice polite staff and very convenient to my brother house wear we Christmas dinner. Will visit again and low cost

Disappointing
First off, the front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. When we parked around the side to unload and got to the back door, we couldn’t get in. Apparently the back door is broken and we were not informed of this. We thought our key wasn’t working but it was the door. The hotel looked clean, but it’s not well-maintained. I noticed construction trash bins in the parking lot, so I assume they may be doing some renovations. However, the room we stayed in has not been renovated. The mattress is in serious need of being replaced, and was not comfortable at all. None of the outlets worked, and one of the lamps wasn’t even plugged in. The bathroom appeared to be in good shape. The furniture looks old and worn. Again, all of the plugs on the lamps to make it convenient to charge your phone. None of them were working. The plugs in the wall weren’t working either , I finally unplugged my lamp since I knew that plug was working to plug my phone in. We have stayed at this location several times in the past and found that it was fine. It’s a convenient location for us to visit family.

Front desk worker was very pleasant. Our room was extremely disappointing. We had absolutely no soap in our room, our comforter was ripped with stuffing hanging out on three sides with a big knot holding it together, there was a used napkin on the floor and a few of the outlets did not work. We are Marriott members but decided to stay here for convenience sake. We were VERY disappointed.

Have stayed there for convenience several times. Desperately needs updating (for a few years now). No room service this weekend for new linens,cleaning, etc. Even front desk did not have good supply of towels. Only its location keeps us coming there.

Showed up and was told my reservation was not found. Lobby appeared to be outdated and needed a complete upgrade. We had to be transferred to another hotel 15 mins further out.

Breakfast buffet was terrible. Hot stuff was not hot and dried out. Coffee bland, cheap artificial sweetened yogurt! Just low quality. Only fresh fruit was mealy apples. Didn’t bother after the first morning!

Average hotel which has become run down over time and could use a renovation (according to the front desk this is already scheduled). Bedspreads had old stains, but sheets and comforters were clean and comfortable. Very uncomfortable pillows. Outlets in bedside lamp did not work. Shortage of towels (only two), toilet paper (only one), and tissues (none) - but hotel was completely fully booked and this may have been the reason for these shortages. Overall, an average place to stay.

When I checked in Friday I had to wait for quite a while. There was no one at the front desk. The girl finally showed up. She was on her cell phone. I told her I was paying for my sons room and daughters room. She went ahead and checked in. When they arrived she gave my daughter a key to my room instead of her room. When she went back down to the front desk, once again she could not be found. When my son checked in she gave him a key to my daughters room. She was so disorganized and constantly on her cell phone. Evidently she had not been trained and was not told to stay off her cell phone. We had all just stayed there back in March and didn’t have any issues but this girl was not working there. She had no personality and should not be working in the hospitality industry.

The lobby area was freezing, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The maid(s) were completely unhelpful. We checked in late (3am) and needed additional coffee and facial wipes. When I asked the maid, she said she didn't have any; didn't even offer to bring any to us. The plumbing(both the sink and bath) leaked, the floor did not appear to have been vacuumed when we arrived.

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t covered and debris was in it. It should be cleaned and covered during the fall and winter months.

As a veteran business traveler, this was a comfortable and clean room. The shower ceiling paint was peeling terribly but other than that, it was great. The only disturbing detail was that the pool was halfl empty and dirty with weeds and muck in it.

Evening front desk staff was very accommodating, friendly, and efficient (not so much for the afternoon staff). The bedskirts were a bit worn and stained; but the sheets were incredibly soft and silky. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom had no vent van, and the toilet paper holder was broken. The breakfast had a nice variety of items and the hot food was kept hot. A pleasant stay all in all.
