The staff are just amazing and friendly. Location is within minutes of the town centre. Pool lovely. We had a junior suite on floor 10 so views were wonderful. Totally recommend this place.

We stayed for our honeymoon in Madeira and loved it! The spa amenities, daily breakfast buffet and of course the views were incredible. We rented a car from the front desk and that process was SO easy and seamless. Parking was free and easy. This was the perfect spot for us to easily get on the highways and explore the island of Madeira each day. My husband and I are truly so pleased

We loved our stay here. Amazing food, nice staff, great big rooms. The only downside is that we were put into an accessible room when we didn’t need it so the toilet and shower were not very comfortable. Parking gets very busy in the afternoon-evening

The spa is amazing! Definitely make use of it - we only stayed one night at the end of our holiday and it was perfect to relax in the pool, sauna area and gym

What can I say? This property was 10 out of 10 coming from New York we loved everything about it with the balcony facing room of the water. Staff were super friendly. Food was good when everything in the area was closed down and my massage with Maria was out of this world book your spot ahead of time because it sells out very quickly. Upon arrival there’s no openings

This was our second stay in the hotel, it was equally as good as the first. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean, breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and the staff were all very attentive.
