"The room and bathroom were not clean. Not sufficient number of slippers in the room, as we were four persons (two kids, my wife and myself), but they provides only one pair of slippers for us."

"Excellent service , starting with checkin, and offering support with small things that makes a great difference. Great central location , wide variety of food offerings and personalised hospitality. The Deccan food festival at the restaurant was a great addition.
