"Went to the front desk to let them know my luggage will be coming anytime since the airline forgot it at our last destination. The staff was so empathetic and kind enough to ask if we needed any toiletries and if we needed any help. I wished I got her name. They also called me right away when my luggage arrived later that day.
We will be checking in to this hotel when ever we visit socal."

"The room was spacious enough for me and my kids but, the walls and the floors were dirty. When we first approached the room housekeeping was still inside cleaning the air conditioning unit. Overall it was a good stay for me and my kids."

"Got in around 11 pm to check in, had to drop our stuff and go because we had somewhere to be and didn't really get a chance to check out the room. Didn't get back again until about 1 am and the entire lot was full with nowhere to park. Ended up parking somewhere nearby and discovered the room was infested with roaches, on the walls in the tub, in the sink. Between that and not feeling comfortable with the parking, we ended up not even sleeping in the room and couldn't get help until morning....

"Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. "

"AC took a couple of hours to fully cool room. Shower water varied from hot to cold while in it without moving the knob. Shower was not clean. Floor left out feet black. Bed was hard. TV had a lot of channels that didn't work and the ones that did work some had no sound. "

"Initially we got to the hotel and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were moved to a different room and the second room’s thermostat didn’t work. After being moved to a third room, we found that the toilet also wouldn’t flush. The chains that allow the toilet to flush were both broken on both rooms. "This place was awful the staff were disgustingly rude worst place that I actually have ever rented at. From barging into my room at 7:00 in the morning yelling get out because I had a balance of $7 from the previous day to me walking by the front desk and one of the employees mocking me asking if I'd called motel 6 is corporate yet to complain on him and what name I used because he wouldn't give me his name.
