This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and super friendly. They honestly couldn’t do enough to help us. The personal recommendations every night for restaurants meant we tried so absolute gems in the 5 days we stayed. A big thank you to Mami who was so smiley and always around to help and called restaurants to do double check they had space for us. Very helpful to a solo mum travelling with her teenage daughter.

The hotel is really nice but the area around it is not! It’s night club areas that we didn’t know it was… and every other night there’s drunk lying on the street! And in some areas, the garbage are dumped high on the street!!

This is the best hotel ever stayed, for family of 5 (6,12 & 15 years old) staff is super nice and welcome. Drug store, foods, 7/11, Starbucks, & family mart just down stair. Train station is close by, Tokyo dome just 5-8 min walk. Highly recommended.
