良かった点：・建物や部屋がお洒落。・路地裏にあるため静か。改善希望点：・部屋の色調が暗いため、コンセントやUSB充電口が見えづらく分かりにくい。・洗面台が部屋の中にあるため机が狭い。・朝食の量がもっと多くても良かった。（朝から多く食べたい人には少なめ）

Hotel is situated in a quaint part of Hakata, near the Hakata station. It is only a few minutes walk from the JR station. The area is close to a yakitori and ramen place. Hotel is extremely new and clean. Staff have a sufficient proficiency in English to help communicate with non-local patrons. Amenities are bountiful and everything is within reach when you need it. Overall, a great experience here and will definitely recommend this hotel to friends in the future .

This is a brand new Hotel just opened a week. I enjoyed my stay. The room was on the smaller side but it was acceptable. The lighting is not very good, very dim and could not adjust higher. They have a resturant and Bar in the lobby which was a big plus that other business hotels do not have. Overall a nice hotel.

Surprisingly the bathroom is bigger than others which are usually like a small plastic box. I believe this is the most outstanding point compared with other hotels in the same price range.

よかったラウンジ

ラウンジで自由にお茶が飲める空間があって良かったです。手作りサンドメニューも朝から利用できるようでしたが、もう少し早くからしていただけると利用範囲が広がるかとおもいます。朝せめて５時からとか。周りも総合庁舎の駐車スペースがあってとても便利でした。公園も近くまた朝の散歩に利用したいと思いました。

とても綺麗で静かに過ごせました。ただ、角部屋だったのですが、近くに建物があるなか壁面窓だったので、あまりカーテンを開けられず残念でした。ベッドも大きくてぐっすり眠れたのですが、大きすぎてベッドを踏み越えないとベッドの向こうに行けず、しかもそちらには窓があるのでカーテン閉めに行くにはベッドを踏み越えるしかなく…という状態で少し残念でした。連泊でしたがタオルの新調は不要だけどゴミの交換だけお願いしたい、とメモを付けてエコのマグネットを貼っていた。しかし、ゴミ箱以外のゴミ(資源ごみとして洗って分けていたペットボトル)が回収されておらず、タオルも新調されており、ありがたいのですがもったいなく感じてしまいました。
