Pros: -Nice location. Ohori Park is about 7-10 mins away by walking. -Convenience stores nearby -Nearby subway station, about 7-10 mins walk. -Comfy bed. Cons: -SMALL BATHROOM. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a senior with you because it might cause their fall. You will HARDLY move around the bathroom. -Dirty bathroom. You'll see molds on the corners, and their exhaust fan was like it wasn't cleaned for a long time. Very outdated. -Small towel, it would only pass as face towel. -You have to follow up with the owner which room you'll be staying at. They don't give you check-in instructions beforehand. Good thing there's wifi in the airport, I was able to message the owner. I think they should atleast email or notify the guest the check-in instructions. Would I stay here again? NO.

価格は申し分なしですが。。

安い価格で、立地も良いしお部屋もきれいに保たれていましたが、ベッドが。。下部の骨組みが折れていてマットが沈み、よく眠れませんでした。むしろベッドの枠組みはいらないのでは？と思いました。寝返りをうつとギシギシとうるさかったです。 ユニットバスの狭さは仕方ないかもしれませんが、シャワーカーテンがないので、シャワー後に使用するトイレ床がはびしょ濡れで気持ち悪かったです。

작년에 롯폰마츠에 머무르며 너무 좋았던 기억에 오호리공원 가까운 곳으로 숙소를 찾던중 알게되었어요. 호스트는 메일 말고 소통한것이 없어서..뭐라할말은 없구요..4박5일을 머물렀는데 수건이 4장이 있더군요 그것도 페이스타올로 말이죠..결국 손빨래해가며 썼습니다. 머리카락 등 좀 지저분해서 들고간 돌돌이로 청소했습니다. 화장실은 굉장히 좁고..뭐 좁은 것은 이해합니다.무엇보다도..변기..남자들은 아마 사용할 수 없을겁니다.간격이 너무 좁아서요..그리고 화장실 환풍구 너무 더러워서 찝찝했어요..그래서 물티슈로 대충 닦았어요ㅠㅠ오호리공원과 가까웠던 점 빼고는 글쎄요..

재미있는 숙소

잠만 자기엔 굉장히 잘 이루어진 숙소라고 생각합니다. 정말 잠만 자기에는요. 확실히 화장실이 작다작다 했지만 너무 작아요. 작은 화장실에 욕조도 있으니 발 디딜 공간도 부족하구요 화장실에서 세면대까지 가는데 한발짝만 가면 되는데 바로 앞에 변기가 잇어서 종아리에 당연히 변기랑 부딪혀요. 참 재미있는 곳인듯해요. 그리고 아침에 공사를 하기 시작하는데 제가 지낼때 땅을 다지고 있는지 흔들흔들 건물이 흔들흔들 굉장히 재미있었습니다. 이거 제외하고 조용하고 오호리코엔역 1번 출구로 나와서 가면 굉장히 가깝고 찾기도 쉬워요. 그치고 근처에 맛집이 많아요 이거는 짱이었어요..24시간 마트도 있고 굉장히 잘지내다 갔었습니다.

エクスペディアにも民泊物件が載っているとは驚きでした。 私は民泊サイトもよく利用しますし、口コミを見て納得して利用したのですが、もし、「ホテル」と思って利用した人は驚くと思います。 生活には整えてあったと思います。ワンルームの物件で、玄関入ってすぐにリビングルームがあります。1人で泊まりましたが、1人分のマットレスと掛け布団、フェイスタオルと歯ブラシ（2泊分）が用意されていました。 以前泊まられた方の評価を見て改善したのか、カーテンは光を通すもの（レースのカーテンはありませんでした）、キッチンの戸棚にトイレットペーパーの予備がありました。タオルはフェイスタオルのみでした。 設備は、エアコン、電子レンジ、電気ケトル、ドライヤーがありました。部屋にコンセントが一箇所しかないので、やや不便でした。タコ足配線などあるとよいですね。 Airbnb物件であれば、ホストは、Wifiのパスワードをわかりやすく書いたカードなどを置いておいてくれたり（この物件は自分で機械の表示を見なければなりませんでした）近隣のマップを置いておいてくれたりするのですが、布団とタオルが置いてあるだけでした。 私は出歩くのが好きなので、この設備でも十分ですが、宿泊を充実させたい人には不向きです。 地下鉄大濠公園駅までは徒歩5分程度でアクセスがよいです。この宿の周辺にはあまり飲食店は目立ちませんが、福岡の主要なエリアである天神まで地下鉄で二駅（片道200円）、博多まで五駅（片道260円）です。 ホテルの価格が高騰している福岡では、値段重視の旅では十分な安さではないでしょうか。

가격대비 너무 좋았어요^^ 걸어서 오호리공원에 가서 스타벅스 사쿠라 텀블러도 사고 주변에 편의점도 엄청 많고 24시간하는 마트도 있어 너무 좋았어요 근처에 야후돔도 있고 쇼핑센타도 있는데 우린 밤에 걸어가서 쇼핑하고 산책하고 왔어요 주변 환경이 일본스럽고 오래된 목욕탕도 있고 가격대비 괜찮은 숙소예요^^

굉장히 독특했습니다. 일단 들어가는 문에 대해 007 작전을 방불케하였습니다. 메일로 호수와 해당되는 자물쇠의 비밀번호를 받아 입장할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 키가 189인 제 남편에게는 조금 많이 작은 화장실이었습니다. 제일 좋았던 것은 온수가 잘 나온다는 것이었습니다. 그 외에는 방안의 온도가 너무 추웠으며 2박을 했는데 히터를 끄지 않고 계속 틀어놔야 윗 공기가 겨우 따뜻했습니다.

最低限の民泊という感じです。予約も把握してもらえてなくて、不安になって早めに連絡したから良かったものの、部屋に入れなかった危険も…。カーテンが真っ黒の厚手のものしかなく、朝が来たのもわからないくらい真っ暗。開けると、目の前のマンションから丸見え。白のレースのカーテンくらいは欲しいです。テレビも旅行先のものが見たいところ。ドンキの安いのでいいから付けて欲しい。ロケーションのみいくらかマシといったところです。

もう絶対に泊まらない

建物も古すぎてお風呂、トイレもこんなに狭いのは今までで経験がないくらいです。これでこの宿泊費はちょっと高すぎだと思う。今回は年末に、急遽旅行を計画したので他のホテルが空いてなかったから仕方なかったですが，，，，数千円の差なら絶対に他のホテルに泊まることをお勧めします。床に置いたスノコの上にマットレス、しかも一つのスノコは土台が壊れて土台が無い。マットレスのシーツにはシミが，，，，，トイレのスリッパもちょっと気持ち悪すぎるくらいの，，，，。30年前の古いハイツの空き部屋を利用してるのですが、もう少し宿泊する人の事を考えないとリピーターはまずいないでしょうね，，，，，，ほんとにここに宿泊して失敗しました。まあ、天神まで徒歩30分くらいですし立地条件はまずまずですが。

편의점이 근처에 있어서 아주 좋았습니다! 매트만 있는 방인줄 알았는데 침대있는방을 주셨더라구요 근데 침대가 너무 심하게 삐그덕거려요..;;;; 화장실이 좁다고 하시던데 왜 좁다 하시는지 알겠더라구요 크게 막 거슬릴정도는 아닌데 좁긴 좁습니당.. 건물 자체가 노후된 건물이라 신식건물의 방 정도 느낌은 못받으실거에요 그냥 가격대로 지낼만 했습니다
