Clean and tidy room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Walking distance to the train station, shopping mall, and restaurants. We only stayed a night but I'd return to this hotel again.

It is close to the JR Hakata station. Exit West 18 is the closest to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful for directions to places around the area. Check-in and out were easy.

Hotel was very clean. Easy access to transportation be it via taxi orvthe train. There was a nearby mall where you could basically shop for your essentials. Lawson’s and 7/11 were all just a walk away

The location of the hotel is superb, it is right opposite to the HAKATA JR station, where there are unlimited shopping malls options. There is a phamacy downstairs which has long opening hours. The room is spacious, the beds are in decent size. Room is clean. Will recommend to my friends.

Hotel highly recommended
Our hotel was great, clean and in excellent condition. Location was great too, right in the center of the city. Very near the JR Hakata station. You just need to cross the other side of the street. Lots of restaurants and shopping center to choose from. Highly recommended.

Favorable other than our checkout experience. Although we were asked if 1 room keycard was sufficient, we were told that all couples receive 2. We were repeatedly asked what happened to our second key - was it left in room? Again stated that we were given only 1, was told that all get 2 and did we lose a key? Feel that they need to have a system. Thank goodness after manager appeared we were told okay. This was quite embarrassing trying to explain that we did not lose or forget key in room with others waiting in lobby.

It was very conveniently located to Hakata station. Only a 2 minute walk. The staff were also very helpful and approachable. However, I felt the rooms had some irritants in the air as my nose was very stuffy dyring my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located less than a block from JR Hakata City with the train, subway and bus stations inside with a hugh shopping mall with stores and many restaurants. There are other large malls around JR Hakata City[. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Many restaurants around the hotel and a little over 1/2 mile to go to Canal City Shopping Mall and Kawabata Shopping Arcade just a few minutes away.
