博多駅から徒歩5、6分くらいの立地が、かえって喧騒から逃れられて良いと思う。室内の設備の古さは否めないが、非常に綺麗に清掃されているし、ベッドリネンの質もよく大変気持ちよく滞在できた。フロントスタッフ、クリーニングスタッフも皆さんとても親切丁寧でした。館内レストランは利用しませんでしたが、朝食ブュッフェはいただいてみたかった。

GWに家族で宿泊させて戴きました。
駅からちょっと距離がありますが、部屋は広く静かで快適でした。
お部屋はきれいだったのですが、残念ながら虫がでたりしたので、その分評価を下げさせてもらいました。
あとWorld Of Hyattの宿泊履歴をつけて下さいとお願いしていたのですが、1ヶ月近くたっても、まだ反映されません。ポイントは０でもいいので、宿泊履歴がほしいのでお願いしたのですが、音沙汰ないです。

ハイアットブランドを期待して初めて利用させて頂きましたが、少し残念でした。清掃が行き届いていますが古さが否めません。立地も博多駅筑紫口から歩ける範囲ですが少し遠く、周囲にコンビニ1件しかありません。目の前が公園なのですが夜は暗く、不安でした。早朝チェックアウトしましたがフロントはおらず、タクシーも居ませんでした。

今月で改装のため 一時閉館との事、予約してから知りました。
建物は古さを感じる部分もありますが、清潔で快適です。
冷蔵庫はもう少し良いものが相応しいと思います。

ホテルは綺麗でとても良かったです。冷蔵庫の中の飲み物が有料かどうか分からず、値段も分からないので飲みにくかったです。

アメニティグッズが少ないです。女性用の物は持参した方が良いと思います。ブ ラシもなくペラペラの櫛しかありませんでした。
チエックアウトは12時でしたが、朝食が10時までですので、早めにチエックアウトしました。朝食バイキングは品数が多く楽しめます。
寝室にアレクサがありましたが、特に必要性はありませんでした。
加湿器が設置されてたのはとても良いです。

あさごはん
部屋は年季が入っているので値段相応という感じでした。
朝食は予想以上にしっかりしていて非常に美味しかったです。
泊まるときは朝食をつけることをお勧めします。

快適な滞在でした
スタッフの皆さまのサービスがすばらしく、安心して滞在できました。ローケーションは官庁に近く落ち着いてますので、駅近でもゆっくりできました。朝ごはんも充実していて、楽しかったです。
