MUST stay hotel
Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Receive by staff at level 1 entrance, guided to Level 2 check-in and staff show us to our rooms. Super friendly and room is very clean and very nice. Lovely sea view and so convenient.

The service and staff were amazing. Asami and Hiroki at the service desk were always helpful with all of our requests. We felt like royalty as guests the whole time we were there. We would like to sincerely thank all the staff for the great service. We will be back. The location next to the factory outlet shops and marina meant that we had a variety of options for restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and very clean and quiet with an amazing view of the water and city. Despite the scare of the Caronavirus all the care was taken with hygiene and work place safety. We never felt compromised as guests. I must say we felt so safe at the hotel and very happy. Thank you again for all your kindness and special attention. Away from the hustle & bustle of city. A nice retreat with bay view. Quiet and really nice change from usual hotel stay. Next to Outlet mall with shops selling branded items and lots of eating options. A 8-10 minute drive to nearest Marine Town Shopping Mall with more shopping choices.

Shop till you drop
The hotel is located next to the bay and shopping outlet, which is not far away from the city center. We spent more than a day there and found many bargains at the outlet. Notice there is an arcade right across from the hotel which kids can also spend a great deal of time on crane games and video games.

A wonderful stay at Marinoa Resort Fukuoka
This hotel is spotlessly clean and the room is spacious with a large balcony. The Harbour view is remarkable. The staff are helpful and friendly. Not much restaurants and no convenient store nearby, some restaurants in the Marinoa City outlet next to the hotel opens at 10am. A facial treatment is highly recommended. We will definitely go back for another trip with the kids.

Staff were friendly and helpful. All rooms are with fast free wifi and seaview. The hotel is right next to a shopping outlet with free parking. Double rooms are put together by just 2 wide twin beds. The breakfast food is good.

its slightly out of the town area. Best if you have car. we stayed as we were arriving in the evening and wanted to just spend a night in fukuoka before driving out. Wonderful stay

Nice relaxing place
Once you walk into hotel, you will smell sweet. Friendly staff, clean room and nice view are what I had got. Room service breakfast is excellent. A big shopping mall(or called outlet) nearby with most of them close on 10pm However, it is really far from Hakata JR station, last pubic bus to hotel depart around 6pm.

Great Hotel outside the city center
Great hotel, great staff. Great location for visiting to Nokonoshima as it's very near to the ferry port. Good shopping and restaurants next door in the Marinoa Shopping complex.

Nice seaview in a resort hotel
I would definitely recommend my friend to stay and for myself , there will be a definite return. Hotel is serene and beautiful. All rooms have a seaview. Staff is nice and professional, and speak perfect English. Distance to the city center is nothing and I am sure once you stay in this hotel, you will regard yourself as lucky to be able to live further away to see a nice area in Fukuoka.

Slow internet
Internet was terrible, except everything was awesome specially the outside view. If you are planning to work along with holiday then it's a pain with terrible internet, else it's all good.

Very Nice Hotel
Out of all the hotels I have stayed in Japan, I think this one was the best. The room was large, quiet, clean and sophisticated [as seen on photos] with a beautiful view of Fukuoka Tower, and boats docked along the pier. The room also included two twin plush beds and linen, full shower with large tub with same scenery as the room. Breakfast was additional cost to the room but you have the option of in-bed service or eat in the elegant dinning room overlooking the same view as the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Once we were in the room it didn't feel like a hotel but more like a master bedroom you want at your home.
