Has 2 building — first building has coin laundry and vending machine the second building do not have anything . It is not convenient for guest who stay for second building have to do washing .

Hotel Forza was a great value. It was clean, and the staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent, and I found myself using the convenient coffee machine in the lounge many times. The location was outstanding, very close to the train station, convenience stores, and a range of dining options. The room size was not very spacious, but adequate.

For the location, this place is 5 stars. The JR train station, subways, and the bus station are just around the corner. Everything else (services, room conditions, and cleanliness , etc.), I will give 3 stars. For the price I paid, I think this place is fair.

Very convenient location (next to Hakata station), good price, comfortable bed, friendly staff, clean I have stayed here many times so I know how to enter the hotel building but very difficult to find since (the sign is difficult to find (see)).

Always a great place to stay. Everything you should need is in walking distance and convenient. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Very helpful. Communication in English is very very good, no problems.

일본 슈퍼싱글의 크기 기준이 다른 것 같아요 한국의 슈퍼싱글 크기보다 작은 편이었습니다. 슈퍼싱글 2개방은 청소년 자녀가 있는 4인 가족이 머무는건 어려울 것 같아요 협탁 아래도 청소 잘해주시면 좋을것 같아요 위치나 미취학아이들과 함께 머물기에 좋았습니다

Very quick check-in with a screen at lobby counter. You enter your name and find your reservation. You get your keys from it as well. So efficient! Conveniently right next to the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station, also right next to a Family Mart. Will stay here again!

Quick Fuk Trip
Very convenient hotel 🏨 right next to Hakata Station with lots of restaurants, shops and modes of transport that’s a stone throw away. Restaurant service breakfast is quaint but very adequate. Free flowing coffee at the guest lobby lounge Rooms are midsize Great place

The room was very small and I did not enjoy my stay there. But the location was amazing! The room didn’t look very clean. I think if you don’t care about cleanliness or room size and only care about location then it is probably worth staying for you.

Hotel Forza Hakataeki
It was ok, the room advertised when booking was totally different. It looked bigger when advertised but when i actually entered, it was different style and size. I would definitely screen shot the hotel room picture of the actual booking then compare to the actual rooms you get. The japanese blanket in side the sheet had stains on it. Didn't see it until day before leaving. The interior rug is run down. Its seems the hotel needs an upgrade. For the prices, on the expensive side. Location, location, location. It was a very convenient hotel, super close to Hakata Station. Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11 conbini is very close by. Rooms in Japan are very small compared to rooms in the US, so don't expect much. All in all it was ok.

Room was very dusty with dust on the walls and ceiling especially near the vents. Closest spelled of urine. Registration took a while even though they were not very busy.we had to register with an automated system on a computer but a staff member still walked us through everything. I'm not sure how this was supposed to make things easier or faster. No safe in the room, overpriced breakfast option compared to other hotels. Inconsistent air conditioning temps.
