The apartment was clean and very roomy. The rooms are large and comfortable. Honestly a great location and fantastic place. I'd have given 5 stars if not for the following: - Be aware they only provide one roll of toilet paper for your stay, no matter the length or number of people who are staying. - There are also no broom or vacuum available in the property, so you can't really clean if you stay a little while. - There was no oil or salt and pepper to do any cooking. It'd be really handy to have.

We stayed for seven nights in the Royal E room with three bedrooms. The rooms were a little dusty but functional. One of the bedrooms connected to the dining area had a sliding door which was frosted glass, so if the light was on in the living area, it would shine into the bedroom. There was also a sensor light near the entry and bathroom which was slightly annoying as we did not want to activate it to disrupt our children's sleep in the nearby bedroom. The location was within walking distance to Tenjin and Canal City. Check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Overall, a good value option for large groups.

2 types of tax need to be pay when arrive which maybe better include in the accommodation fees. Average 7 to 15 min walking distance to the main tourist area. Not sure any towel changes available for the guests who stays more than 2 days.

Good value

Room is a good size for family of four. Kitchen counter is a bit dusty this can be improved. No parking on site but many parking lots nearby. Convenient stores and drugstore nearby. Checkout time is 10am, the staff would knock on your door at 10am and wait for you to leave the room.

The room is of a good size in Japan. There's room to open two big luggages at the same time. Location is great, 7 min to Tenjin-minami station, 5 min to bus stops, 3 min to two supermarkets, less then a minute to 7-11, work many eateries within this distance. The overall cleaniness is good with some stains on a little cabinet top, foundation looking stain on a curtain, a cut nail on the floor near the edge of one of the beds and little dust at corners. The condition of the washing machine, the bathroom, kitchen and toilet is clean. We felt comfortable using them with no issues afterwards. Down pillows on slightly firm mattresses didn't cause any trouble to our sleep. Air conditioning was sufficient. The downside is the design, there's only one hook in the whole room, two towel bars with no extra place to hang anything was inconvenient. It would be good to have hooks near the beds and outside the bathroom to hang things. The sofa was extra low, it's about 30cm off the ground. The toilet door swings open outward at the entrance area where you had to leave all your shoes and pretty much the only place to hang your clothes caused a lot of obstructions. No dish rack after washing. Ventilation was not strong but the windows can be opened. At the rate we got it, the size, the location with a kitchen and elevator of this property. We are quite happy with our 11 day stay.

There were some good things about this property: the location was good (close to Canal City, train stations), and there were multiple convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops closeby. There were, however, some negatives. First, this hotel is one of several "Grand Base" hotels which made finding the hotel confusing. Second, the apartment we rented was different from what we were expecting. We rented the Superior D Unit. Based on the web site description and reviews, we were expecting two bedrooms, each with two double beds, and each separated from the kitchen/living area. Our unit had one bedroom with two double beds. The other two double beds were in the same room as the kitchen with no door or partition. This meant that there was no privacy at all for anyone using those beds. The listing on Expedia says that this Unit sleeps 12. I think that must be a mistake. Third, as others have mentioned, the door to the one bedroom lets light in. That room also had two windows, only one of which had a curtain so morning light came in (at 5:00 am). Perhaps the most annoying feature, however, was the automatic motion-sensor light located at the entrance of the apartment that came on whenever anyone used the bathroom. We could not find any way to turn it off so it went on at all hours, flooding the entire apartment (including the separate bedroom) with light. I didn't hate it and would give it 3.5 stars if that were an option but I'd think twice before staying here again.

Pros It took 5minutes to bus stop and 10-15minutes to train. And around 15minutes to tenjin. It was quiet and there was supermarket near the hostel. Cons There were insufficient kitchenware, only provided a very dilapidated pan and pot. We had to buy laundry detergent which was not provided.

7 night family stay

We loved our stay at Grand Base Fukuoka-the beds and pillows were comfortable. The duvet/comforter can be improved since it bunches up at times. Within walking distance to Canal City and Tenjin Minami station. We liked how spacious the room was, with a dining table and sofa, 2 balconies and 2 bedrooms with 4 beds-just right for our family of 5. We were lacking 1 chair though. One of my few concerns was the trash, there no specific instructions on how to dispose of the trash since this was an unmanned hotel. We chanced upon a cleaner 1 day and had them dispose of our trash. The wifi conked out the last 2 days out of the 7 nights during our stay, so this was a major issue for me. We had no way of letting our hotel know about this issue. So communication with hotel got a low rating. Better bring some dishcloth for cleaning up stuff since there was no cleaning service included.

地點還算是便利，離地鐵站走路大概6-7分鐘左右，附近有超市跟便利商店，很適合家庭入住，唯一缺點是無法寄放行李，不過還是可以推薦來住看看

概ね満足です。

部屋もベッドも広くて、備え付けの設備も充実しており快適に過ごせました。 立地も良く、周辺にコンビニやスーパー、ドラッグストア等があり便利です。 また、天神中心へのアクセスも徒歩圏内で良いと思います。 敢えてデメリットを書くとすれば、乾燥設備(浴室乾燥など)が無いので、洗濯は出来るが乾かすのに少し手間が掛かります。 また、洗濯機はありますが洗剤は置いていないので持って来る必要があります。 ここについては、他のグループ施設には備え付けてあったりするので、あれば有難いなと思います。

適合家庭入住

房間很大間，床很舒適，有網路跟電梯。廁所跟洗澡的地方是分開的，附有浴缸可泡澡很舒服，有廚房跟冰箱（還有碗盤、刀、叉、湯尺、筷子、煎鍋、湯鍋都有）（調味料、油需自備），另有洗衣機跟洗衣粉，但沒有哄乾功能）但為無人櫃檯無法寄放行李，入住時間15:00退房時間10:00無法提早及延後退房。建議出國前先與飯店留好聯絡方式，入住時需先用櫃台平板與飯店員工視訊辦理入住手續（大約15分鐘），現場有支付每人每日200元住宿稅（可用PayPal付款）。住宿地點很方便，走到運河城約7分鍾，渡邊通地鐵站約5分鐘，樓下附近有7-11，美中不足是早上會被蟬叫聲吵醒，但整體體驗還是不錯。

我們是家族旅行,有老有小,這裡的74平房公尺的三房兩廳公寓很適合我們,我們住了七晚住得很舒適, 走路到天神站或走到博多運河城大約10來分鐘吧... 對面警察局隔壁的炸雞很好吃 附近有很多餐廳選擇.超商; 渡邊通站有一間超市我們超喜歡,壽司生魚片新鮮好吃,水蜜桃 哈密瓜很甜~
