The room was beautifully designed, with extremely comfortable beds and sections of tatami flooring. Having a small cozy stone bath in the washroom was a treat, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast is a delight to have, especially when taken in the small back patio area each room has with a view of Mt Fuji. Each room comes with a helpful information booklet in Japanese, English and Chinese, which very helpfully points out the good eats in the area. Their Instagram page also suggests that the staff take festival celebrations quite seriously! All in all, this is a lovely place to be.

Wow! What a great hotel! The rooms are huge based on Japanese hotel standards with a separate bedroom and living area. The staff were so sweet and anxious to be helpful to you in anyway they could. The rose gardens surrounding the hotel were well tended and beautiful. A little afternoon snack and drink were offered and were delicious! The bath was delightful and lots of bathroom amenities were offered. I hate to say we found the beds too hard as we loved everything else about this property!

Amazing experience
We had a lovely time. Our queen bed cabin was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We had the view of Mt Fuji from our bed. Soaking in our own private bath after a whole day of hiking was amazing. And the breakfast basket in the morning was cute and delicious. The hotel is in a nice quiet area within a 7 min walk to Kawaguchiko station.

Stayed two nights at Yumefuji and it was certainly one of the highlights of my trip. The room was spacious and comfortable with stunning views of Mount Fuji. Will recommend my friends to stay here in the near future.

My husband and teen son stayed here in March. We found the accommodations outstanding! It’s bigger than a regular hotel room and includes a wonderful onsen-like bathtub which was amazing after long days of walking. There was a little private backyard for each unit and a great space for viewing Mt Fuji. I advise paying the extra for breakfast. Amazing!!! I wanted to cancel the rest of our trip elsewhere and just stay there.

The room was fantastic! The mini onsen bath in the room was perfect. It was cloudy for most of our stay but the clouds parted briefly and we could see fuji from our patio!

Very easily accessible from Kawaguchiko station, and surrounding shops and restaurants. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Loved the en-suite bath with a view out onto a very nice garden. We were just able to see the tip of Mt Fuji over the neighbours while having coffee in the morning. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant on the final day, which was a very nice Japanese style breakfast.

We loved our stay here. Everything you need is close by: train/bus station, supermarkets, fabulous restaurants and the local people are very welcoming and helpful. The suite was first class! The beds were comfortable, the view from the patio is perfect- Mt. Fuji, what more could you ask for?- the shower pressure is like a jet wash and the deep deep bath is the ultimate way to relax after lapping lake Kawaguchiko. Plus, it’s super quite and peaceful. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time. Highly recommended!!

Great location! Right near the station for bus and train access and many restaurants! Walkable to lake Kawaguchiko and other spots around the town. Spacious rooms, private mini onsen (great if you want to have an onsen experience but don’t have time to get to one or have to many tattoos to cover), bed mattress is on the harder side but we had no trouble sleeping. Amazing Mt. Fuji view on property grounds!!! Great little luxury get away, we stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the private patio with Mt. Fuji view and our own little onsen. Bike rental is also available for a extra charge. (1000 yen for 4 hours) + tax. Highly recommended for those staying in Mt. Fuji for a long or short trip!

The property was brand new and extremely good quality. The view of Mt Fuji was amazing and undisturbed, and the overall area was quiet and nice. The best part about the room was the bathtub and shower amenities. My only complaint is that the mattress were quite hard, but I noticed that most mattresses in Japan were like that.

the room is new, clean and spacious. The room we checked in can probably fit 6 people instead of just 2. Although the view from the room cannot directly view the Fuji Mt, it's still a great deal. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plan to stay at 河口湖 for a night or more.

Great Mt Fuji View with Large Room
It was such an amazing stay! This resort has the best view of Mt Fuji compared to all the other hotels/ryokans in the lake area - I was very pleasantly surprised. The room is spacious, lots of outdoor space, the bath is very large and nice as well. Would recommend staying here.

Yumefuji is located near the train station with many good restaurants within walking distant. Toe room is spacious and clean. The view from my room is splendid. I was lucky to wake up on a clear day to have full view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast is nice too. It felt so good to Have hot porridge on a cold day.

A very pleasant experience.
The staff were very helpful. They allowed us to check in few hours earlier (although key was still provided only on time). Staff offered good service (by delivering our luggage to our room and providing us umbrella when it started to rain without request). The food at breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the portion was adequate. Hotel had a clear view of Mount Fuji. Extra pillows were provided without request. Facilities in the room was as described.

数ある宿泊施設のなか口コミを見て選びました。スタッフの対応は親切で部屋も広くて綺麗、朝食をお願いしたのですが、早朝部屋まで持ってかこてくれました。庭付きの部屋でしたので、新鮮な空気の中、富士山を見ながら食べました。最高のひとときでした！是非リピートしたいです。
