"Amazing place, it has character. Good little bar with a terrace (I think it is part of the hotel). Parking is tight for cars, bit worried with some of the cars reversing out of it. One of them nearly hit my motorbikeā¦. Luckily I was there to remind him to watch what he was doing. Good view from the terrace and very close to town bars. Iāll visit again."

"Unique and interesting decor. Very dog friendly and the breakfast was great. There's a lovely Italian restaurant (pizza pizza) just down the road (not open on a Monday though). We stayed at this hotel in the way to Portugal in March and in the way back to the UK in May and we were certainly happy to visit a second time."

"Posada Real Castillo del Buen Amor ā The Castle of Good Love ā is aptly named. The original fortress dates back to the 11th century, and in the 14th century it was transformed into a palace. Today, it offers guests a unique opportunity to step back in time while enjoying historic rooms equipped with modern conveniences. Dining in the restaurant ā located in the original dungeon ā was a highlight. The food was excellent and moderately priced, adding to the overall value of the stay. The castle is conveniently located about 20 minutes outside of Salamanca, making it an ideal retreat while still accessible to the city. The only drawback is accessibility. Due to the historic nature of the castle, there are numerous stairs, which may present challenges for guests with limited mobility. Overall, expect to relax, explore, and fully enjoy the many unique rooms and spaces throughout this remarkable property."

"From the moment we arrived at hotel, which was almost midnight, we were treated like family. The warmth and attentiveness of Alberto made our first night unforgettable. We were welcome by two drinks and Alberto set up the perfect temperature of our room to our like. During our visit, I unfortunately got stung by a wasp, but the way the hotel mobilized to assist me was truly remarkable. They quickly provided a tweezer to remove the stinger, applied alcohol, and even offered mud from the spa to soothe the pain. The staff kept checking on me, making us feel cared for and loved. The accommodations were impeccable. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured the most comfortable mattress, ensuring a restful stay. We also enjoyed an excellent selection of ambient music that added to the relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Lorena and BelĆ©n at the front deskāthey exemplified true hospitality, helping us store our locally purchased cheese and chocolate and booking all our activities since our Spanish is not proficient. The spa was a highlight of our trip, offering various treatment pools and saunas that left us feeling rejuvenated. One of the most memorable experiences was the wine tour led by Mr. Mogul. His passion for winemaking shone through as he spent nearly three hours guiding us through the process and allowing us to taste some outstanding wines from this amazing winery. 100% recommend it to anyone! And thanks to all staff and the business owners!"
