Very central location, right on the beach and walkable to town. Plenty of on street parking free from 8pm to 9am. Lots of local restaurants for coffee and food. Staff very attentive..and thorough with explanations and help. Great daily breakfast, a huge range of options. Rooms clean tidy, comfortable rooms, balconies air con, fridge and kettle. Shower fabulous. The client group appears to be the more mature client and they cater for disabilities with ramps, electric wheelchairs for hire and wide open spaces..plus the nightly knees up seems to offer good entertainment. There is a heated indoor pool from 10 til 6pm and outdoor cool pool to appeal to all. Good value for money

Very limited double beds, although one was booked had to push to single beds together. Bedroom facilities very limited, had to pay extra for a fridge. Indoor pool was present, but an extra charge to use the sauna and steam room.

Please understand that when you book a room it is not possible to choose the size of bed and we do not confirm the kind of bed the guests is going to have. This is always a special request and although we always do our best to make our guests happy, it is not always possible to grant every wish. Regarding the wellness centre, although the use of the pool is free , the sauna and steam room, are services with a cost. We will take your opinion on board and hope you give us another ooportunity in the future. Kind regards

Loved my stay but had to ignore at least 3 staff members who were annoying. Had to make 4 trips to reception each time i needed something as would be fobbed off and the phone did not work as they kept giving me the wrong code to dial. 2 staff members had a habbit of giving a lecture rather than providing a service. Kind of people you dont want to interact with if you want to have a good day. Shame as the majority were lovely. The hotel and location is perfect

The staff were friendly and efficient and the location really couldn't be much better. My only minor niggle is that they do not provide enough cutlery at mealtimes. Just one knife and one fork was provided for the entire meal.

A fantastic hotel
We had a great time, the staff were wonderful and the hotel did not disappoint! The pool was relaxing and being able to relax on the balcony, looking out onto the sea was perfect. We also had breakfast which was tasty and there was a great array of food! We couldn’t fault our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

As a vegetarian I normally struggle in Spanish hotels (and prefer Greece and Turkey for that reason) but this hotel was fabulous. Lots for everyone meat eaters and veggies alike. Breakfast costs 8 euro and dinner 14.The breakfast is fantastic with lots of fresh fruit, strong coffee, juices, infused water and a mix of Spanish, continental and cooked breakfast. Bread lovely and fresh too. The dinner buffet is fabulous, the salad bar stays the same and I love the gazpacho, desserts are plentiful, the hot meals have a slight theme as well ie one night had Arabic style, one was Asian with spring rolls, English roast etc. Pool is nice but pics are a bit deceptive as it looks huge on some pics when it isn't. Nice area and kept clean with great views. The reason why I am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it claims to be refurbished when the only things refurbed about it are the shower (which is great- nice water pressure and roomy too) and a lick of paint/ headboard. The rest of the bathroom was 1980s looking and was obvious it was just a bathtub pulled out and replaced by a shower. As another review said there were hairline cracks on stuff. My other complaint is that there was a power cut for around an hour between 1945-2045 ie dinner time which isn't the staff's fault but it meant half the buffet could not be served due to how warm it got/ hygiene reasons and not only was the power off but so was the water so could not wash hands or use loo. No compensation was offered

Nice Hotel but needs Tweaks
We only had a short stay as we had stayed elsewhere for our holiday and booked this for the last night as they gave the option to pay for later check out to fit in with our flight. Pleasantly suprised with the hotel itself and the room. Spaciois, modern and very clean and the staff were all excellent and very friendly. They even let us check in early without any cost. They work incredibly hard and provide a second to none service. The beds are a great size and very comfortable. Theres a lovely sized tv with all the channels you could possibly need. Nice balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view. Bathroom was a great size with a powerful shower and hairdryer. There were two negatives about the hotel and unfortunately this would stop me from staying again. The noise from outside of the room. Not sure if it was because the walls are so thin or the door of the room is hollow but you can hear every little noise, so much so it feels like other guests and cleaners are in your room. They definately need to look at sound proofing. Secondly and this was a big issue for me - sunbeds around the pool area. We were woken at 5.30am by other guests leaving their room and then watched them put towels down on the sunbeds and go back to their room to sleep.Totally unnecessary and unacceptable and typically its the English! They would then fry themselves in the sun all day which meant whilst we were there we couldnt get a bed at all so i didnt even use the lovely pool area.

Regarding what you mention about people putting towels on sunbeds at 05:30 A.M we do not know how this can happen as to access the pool guests have to get through our Snack Bar and its doors are locked until 09:00 A.M. Reserving sunbeds by putting a towel on is also not allowed. We understand some people might not be very considerate but we try to be fair with everyone and this is why the maximum time guests are allowed to leave their sunbeds is 1hour.We hope you give us another chance in the future and you stay with us a bit longer. The hotel was comfortable and modern and staff were very pleasant. We thought the pool was quite small for the size of the hotel and accommodation, food and drink were overpriced. We did enjoy our stay but would probably go back on a package deal rather than bookimg it ourselves.

On arrival a little disappointed that both my requests ( high up room & double bed ) weren’t forthcoming.. I was solo traveler. Fortunately had a room on the pool side. Pool was great .. nice not to have kids running around & I liked the way the hotel kept access to the pool locked until 9:30 .. so no need for early morning towel madness. Also breakfast was good, poached eggs cooked to order, large selection, decent bacon. Room was fine , air con worked well. Wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights .

Very nice hotel in a great location. Helpful staff, dining staff and bar staff were great. Rooms on the smaller size but comfortable and nice views. Entertainment was good. Only 2 things did not like the 10 euro charge to use fridge and not enough outlets near bed to charge electronics .
