"Everything about our stay at Hotel El Puerto by Pierre & Vacances was excellent. The staff were very helpful throughout our visit, and the service was smooth from beginning to end. After we left, the hotel reached out to let me know they had found my daughter’s jewelry in the room, even though it wasn’t valuable, I truly appreciated their honesty and care. This level of service made our experience even better."

"properties are beautiful as is the resort , it wasnt clear until we arrived that we could only use one pool. the pool looked clean but had a greasy film and dyed everything yellow and had lots of sand in the bottom of pool . I didn't witness anyone cleaning it through the stay and people were in the pool until 1am . very difficult to get the bus as they were often full and drove past ."

"Spent a 10 night holiday with family in this apartment. The apartments are pretty clean, well equipped for basic cooking. Also have a large fridge freezer, dryer rack, washing machine and most importantly proper cold air conditioning. The stuff Gaia and Isabel looked after us like personal guests. Any wish any question anytime of the day they were there to help. Apartment is perfectly located in 400yards you can get butcher, fresh fish, bakery, vegetable shop, supermarket and car park. You can choose from hundreds of different restaurants in a 10 minutes walk and the beach also 5 minutes. Overall is an excellent place to stay if you want a quiet clean place near to the vibrant atmosphere. Highly recommended. Our next Spain holiday we’re going back here. Muchos Gracias Isabel et Gaia."

"Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and very efficient. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet where you can choose hot and cold food. Hotel is just across the road from the harbour and five minutes walk from the centre. We love this hotel and gave stayed there about 8 times. We would highly recommend it."
