"Clean and quiet room. I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Driver Capitano Aaron was very hospitable and always free to drive me round the compound. Staff were also helpful arranging taxis and airport transfers. Thanks so much"

"We had a great stay at Margi House. The room was beautifully furnished, and the outdoor jacuzzi was so lovely. The hill, which many mentioned, wasn’t too bad and was easily doable. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly - always with a smile on her face. Just a few things that could be improved: our coffee & water glasses weren’t cleaned until the last day. Since we didn’t have a kitchenette, this would have been nice. The main pool was lovely, but we did have to fish out a lot of bugs...

"Wardrobe had a light in which kept clicking all night keeping us awake. People outside the hotel used the pool and beach seats making it difficult to get a seat. We did not get to go around the pool. Food choice was very poor if you are a vegetarian. Had the poorest food ever in Skiathos around the pool bar - tasteless chicken and cod bites. When reported to the restaurant about the limited choice we were told that is all they’ve got - no attempt to address it or improve. In the end we ate...

"The owners and staff at the hotel were fantastic and very helpful. The views from the terrace were amazing - breakfast very good - the walk into town took 10 mins - when booking you must be aware that the hotel is high up from the road so expect the steep inclines."

"The apartment was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful There was adequate Aircon across the whole of the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location in a quiet area but on the edge of where the action is. It is easy to get to and from the apartment without any step climbs."

"Beautiful gardens and pool area. Despite being next to the road it was very peaceful. Good selection at Breakfast. There is only one coffee machine which could lead to queues at peak times. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop 23 and for 3 euros you can get to Skiathos town and the airport. Bus can be very busy at peak times. Unless you were in the front row when it was 25€. As there was 3 of us no option but to pay for 4 beds ! "The beach was further away than what was described and the “road” was not an actual road. The amenities ended up being less than what was listed, there are no washers, no parking, wifi sucks, etc. the pool was not clean, the food remained the same every day. It’s far from the main road. Towels were never changed, sheets never changed, never sweeper or mopped the room and we stayed for a decent time. Depending on the room the appliances did not work which we didn’t find out until everything went...

"The hotel itself it minimal & modern.which was lovely However our inland view was of a huge rock face absolutely no view at all so didn't inspire my husband and I to sit on the balcony on an evening. We ask if we could move several times but " no other rooms available apart from the next room which had the exact view !! "Everything about this property is fantastical. I’m glad I chose it and I had a wonderful stay. Room clean and tidied up daily including refreshed bowls and cutlery as needed. All the rooms are close together but give 90% illusion of privacy so that was really great as well. Bed reset was daily. The sunrise view deserves a special mention. Highly recommend and I would stay there again."
