"Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfy! The breakfast was a plus! Fresh fruit, and a gluten-free muffin for me my husband had sausages and French toast and fruit, which was very good! The parking was safe and convenient! We would stay there again. "

We opened the window but there were no screens. The carpet was very stained and likley the cause of the smell. It needs to be shampooed or replaced. I kept my socks on to walk around the room. "Mountain view was spectacular from our balcony! Bar and pool were closed for renovations."

"Everything you need is on site. Restaurant, bar, arcade, pool, hot tub and gym. Rooms are very clean. They have pet friendly rooms for a fee which is very convenient. Staff is friendly. Highly reccomend!"

"The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

"Very cozy , private, awesome room ! The staff were friendly & courteous ! Breakfast was fullfilling & had good variety ! The hot tub in room worked properly ! Got there hour early room wasn't ready -- that's ok. But when returned @ 3:00 check in @ 3:15; was told it would take 1/2 hour to hour for the hot tub to heat up to temperature.
