"Positives: Location, comfortable beds, friendly staff, but room could have been cleaner - couldn't use coffee machine due to accumulated dirt inside - and heating/air con system quite old and noisy."

"We had reserved the Blue Ridge Suite for one night, but when we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to the Roosevelt Suite. It was beautiful! The words I would use to describe our suite and the hotel would be classy, charming, and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly professional and courteous. Our only regret was that we were only there one night. Next time will be more."

"Bathroom smelled like poorly cleaned up vomit and the toilet seat was sticky, tacky , hard for me to clean. I was already changed and unpacked so I washed up the bathroom as best I could. Covered the seat when I used it. Also, no cups anywhere for coffee or in bathroom. "

We asked the staff to help and were told that nothing could be done. Also, the shower gel bottle was empty, something which was disappointing for a premium room."
