"The room was clean with tea/coffee making facilities. A good view of the town. The attached restaurant was very nice, as was the food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh with fresh bread, cheeses, coffee, juices, cold meat selection, jams, yoghurt. Very nice. Bathroom very clean and heating was very welcome on a very cold day."

La chambre était propre et convenable, mais il n’y avait à notre arrivée ni savon ni shampoing. Nous avons dû les demander à deux reprises avant d’en obtenir, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

"Make sure you know what you’re getting from Expedia as it differs from the photo.
Had we have known the family room we were offered was up 2 flights of stairs one being a wobbly spiral staircase we would have opted for something else.
No staff on site on arrival, travel cot provided was broken."

Edith and Jean- Francois are the perfect hosts. Breakfast is excellent in the bright dining room overlooking the beautifully kept garden.
We have a little dog and he was made really welcome too. There is a wonderful swimming pool and sun terrace and a jacuzzi. A perfect place to have as a base to visit Normandy, or simply to relax. We booked a ground floor room with easy access to the guest kitchen and the garden to walk the dog through the garden down to the Lac de...
