"Checkin was smooth, location great. The room however much to be desired considering the price, especially ceiling plaster which was literally falling off."

"Cute, little, quiet motel close to sequoia park entrance. Rooms were a bit dated but was clean and had everything I needed. Was also pleasantly surprised to see a Keurig coffee machine in the room. Parking right in front of your room. . Lovely grounds. Walked down to the river behind motel and enjoyed a morning cup of coffee with lovely scenery and roaming turkeys.. Would definitely stay again if I return to Sequoia."

"Super unique accommodation - sadly had to cut my stay short given that i forgot my dogs medication but i plan to rebook! The tent stay was fabulous and nothing like the sound of a rushing river to put you to sleep! Just a really special nature-driven stay!"

"Avoid like the plague. I could go on and on, but let's just say they put a piece of cardboard on the floor. To what purpose? I did not dare lift it up to find out. Bed covers were torn, AC smelled. On the plus side, parking was convenient (no one else was there) and Wifi was fast (contrary to other reviews I've read). After inspecting the room, we left to go somewhere else. We took the loss of a night's room charge, but there was no way I was going to let my family stay there."

"Perfect location on the Kaweah River, rapids surging right below the restaurant/deck. Small, independent run hotel from a bygone era...a little long in the tooth but a very pleasant stay. Great staff, great bar, restaurant really does well and the food is excellent. Prices for rooms and the restaurant are pretty high, but understandably given the limited season. Would I ever stay there again? YES...I really enjoyed the place, the food, and the staff."

"Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Es waren genügend und kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden, ebenso wie kostenloses Frühstück. Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da wir erst ziemlich spät angekommen sind."

"Staff, meals, parking, clean room, and location to Kings Canyon and Sequoia are all rated 5. The reason for the 4 is the size of the room and bathroom--very limited moving area or storage area. We knew this going in but wanted a close stay to the parks. Two adults each with a suitcase and overnight bag, we had to use the only chair and nightstand to hold suitcases. Very helpful improvements would be 1) in the open closet install shelf and hanging bar on the other--somewhere handy to put...

"The breakfast that was prepared for us was absolutely excellent. I also appreciated the fact that you could swim in the pool or use the hot tub at any hour of the day that was so pleasant to find out the property was beautiful."

"2 separate reservations didn't go through to the hotel itself. Had to cancel both over the phone through Expedia. (After being on hold for 15mins). Not easy to get ahold of an actual agent when reaching out to you guys. Had to re-book BOTH reservations and wait for the hotel system to "accept" them. Major inconvenience"
