Very poor experience overall
Terrible check in. EV chargers were not working and told to call company direct. Only to find a day later free trickle charge in disabled bay by our room. My mum is disabled so super angry they didn’t tell me. Restaurant over priced and service very poor. As a regular visitor to France I will not stop here again

This place is a hidden gem What a wonderful hotel to stay at after a long drive All the facilities were good ... the room was fantastic The dinner was just what we needed - good value for money - We could not fault it A genuine surprise and great place to stay We will be back

This hotel is perfect if you are traveling across the Channel. Far enough away from Calais to feel safe but still convenient for the ferry or tunnel. Rooms basic, but clean and you can park your car right outside the room if there is space. The village itself does not have much in the way of dining options but nevertheless, we have stayed here three times.

Decent hotel for one night, don't count on Wi-FI
I was on a work-related trip and chose this hotel because of location and more importantly, advertised availability of WI-FI. WI-FI did not work in any of the hotel's rooms (we tried several); it only worked in the main building. While I was able to do some work at a table in the restaurant, I would have much preferred being able to do work at the desk in my room. Wireless did not work in my room even the next morning before I checked out. Management left staff on duty without any instructions or resources to contact to deal with IT issues. I felt sorry for the young man who had to deal with my displeasure.

Tour de France
After a long day travelling, it was a great to be greeted by an efficient and friendly receptionist. Later enjoyed a three course meal in the restaurant. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast before continuing our journey.

Good hotel but hard to locate by car
Once you find it in the sark with no obvious signs from busy main roads, this is a comfortable hotel for a stop-over. The room was clean but not heated when we arrived which would have helped as warm air heating takes some time to warm a large room. Also the barhroom heating needed some explanation as too complex for a simple job. Breakfast was sufficient but had to be taken in our room for some reason and too little table and seating space for two people. I realise the hotel had few guests on a Sunday night but even so they could have let us eat it in the very spacious breakfast room.

Comfortable stopover for Calais.
A perfect distance from Calais for an overnight stay for the euro tunnel. Very comfortable room, nice bar & restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Friendly & efficient staff.

The hotel is modern and clean. Perfectly situated just an hour south of Calais, great location if you are going south. The rooms are quite small but well planned, toilet separate to bathroom. Our receptionist was extremely helpful and efficient. Easy to find with Google maps!

Entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to get to although it’s on a main road. Check in was slow but once in my room it was very comfortable and a goods night sleep was had. Very large car park, set back from the road.

great stopover got channel crossing
Was just a last night stop over in France so low expectation and wasn’t too bothered as long as it was safe and clean. Way better than I thought, the beds were super comfortable, the reception staff was very slick and quick, the hotel has some good clear COVID plans in place and Arras is much nicer than I thought. Would happily stay here again on route back to the euro tunnel. Only downside is the weird way you enter the car park as it’s on a slip road so if your on the motorway you have to go right around (about 5 km loop) and we had a fire alarm at midnight which wasn’t great with 2 young kids. But didn’t spoil our stay.

Best hotel in the area of Arras, good parking, nice restaurant and 8kilometers from Arras center. Only negative point is the final road to get there, somewhat dangerous from the highway, better road signals to the hotel would be welcome

A wacky adventure to find the place, but well worth it if you stick with it! Newly refurbished, the place is squeaky clean. It is also in a quiet location (!) with secure car park. A great place for an overnight on the drive south

Nice hotel. Difficult to find
Bit difficult to find and get too as the signs are for the old name of the hotel. New road lay out made if difficult to access. But hotel was lovely and staff very welcoming

The property had only been open at its new location for a couple of months, ideal location for a wide range of activities and for the ferry just over an hour away, the room was not expensive, plenty of Parking and very good food
